Your well-being is not something you need to create or search for,
It is always within you.
Welcome to this series of tracks on insight and well-being.
These tiny pockets of peace are for you to take a moment in your day and reconnect with your true self.
Let's begin by taking a moment to settle in.
Find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes if you wish and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow yourself to relax into this moment.
The quote we're reflecting on today is your well-being is not something you need to create or search for,
It is always within you.
Consider the significance of this statement.
Often we find ourselves searching outside for happiness,
Peace or fulfillment.
You may think that if certain conditions were met,
If you had a better job,
If you were in a different relationship or if you'd accomplished a particular goal then you would finally feel good.
But what if instead you recognize that well-being is something that you already possess?
That it's not dependent on external circumstances,
That it's a constant presence within you,
Like a quiet steady flame.
Your well-being is always there,
Ready to illuminate your life no matter what is happening around you.
Take a moment to reflect on this idea.
Imagine your well-being as a warm glowing light inside you.
It doesn't flicker or fade,
It simply exists,
Steady and unwavering.
Even when the storms of life swirl around you,
This light remains.
It's not something you have to strive for or earn,
It's your natural state.
As you sit with this thought,
Consider how it feels to know that you don't need to search for well-being outside of yourself.
It's already here within you.
That you don't need to search for well-being outside of yourself.
It's already here within you,
A part of your very being.
How does this realization shift the way you view your life and your experiences?
When you're ready,
Take another deep breath and gently bring your awareness back to the room.
Remember,
Your well-being is always with you,
Ready to support you whenever you need it.
I hope you've enjoyed this pocket of peace.
