I’ve created this series of tracks to help you sleep by finding calm and relaxation through the gentle storytelling of animal wisdom. Listen to a chapter each night to gain deep insights for yourself. We’ll listen to the journey of little Ashby Cat, who struggles to sleep with her busy mind. She wanders into the woods and meets Fox, Owl, Hedgehog, Mouse, Rabbit, and Frog. Each animal’s unique perspective on safety, rest, and the natural rhythm of sleep helps Ashby to relax and embrace the stillness within. You’ll drift effortlessly into deep slumber as your inner guide answers a gentle question so that you can keep the wisdom you learn with you every night. Welcome to the Nighttime Tales,

Designed to gently guide you into a state of relaxation and help you experience deep,

Restful sleep.

Each chapter tells a story from a different animal's perspective,

Offering unique wisdom about safety,

Rest and the natural rhythms of life.

The narrator is a cat called Ashby.

She's struggling to sleep because thoughts are always running through her cat mind and she often wakes with a start,

Paws twitching and ears back.

One night she goes back out through her cat flap and decides to take a walk through a nearby woods and talk to the creatures she meets there.

As you move through the chapters,

You'll notice how each of the creatures find calm in their own way and how their wisdom can support your sleep journey too.

Let's start with a simple question.

What does a safe and restful night mean to you?

I've had my own relationship with sleep or lack of,

So I know what it feels like to struggle to get the rest you need.

I've created this course in order for you to find your own rhythm and ritual towards peaceful nights.

It'll be different for everyone and it may come to you inch by inch,

But I can assure you that each small step is a step towards nighttime harmony that you're looking for.

If you fall asleep during the chapter,

Then that's good too.

You'll still remember what you need to remember.

Upon awakening each day,

Reflect on the story from the previous evening and see if any insights arise to help you see something new about resting and sleep.

As we go through these chapters together,

Picture a space where you feel completely at ease.

Is it warm and soft like a rabbit's cozy burrow?

Or perhaps still and expansive like the silent flight of an owl?

Allow your mind to find its own quiet,

Safe space.

Each chapter is meant to be listened to at night as you are ready to rest.

Now let's begin our first story where we'll meet Fox on his nighttime walk.
