So if everything feels a little bit like it's becoming too much,
Maybe you're feeling a little activated,
Or there's something coming up that you're worried about,
We're going to take just a moment to let go of some of that.
So whether you're seated,
Standing,
Or maybe even moving around,
Let's take a full inhale through the nose,
And then let it go.
Let's do that again.
So taking that full inhale through the nose,
And letting it go,
Out through the mouth or the nose,
Whatever is more comfortable.
You may find as we do this the third time,
That you want to gently bring your shoulders up as you breathe in,
And allow them to drop as you breathe out.
Taking that full inhale,
Maybe bringing your shoulders up a little,
And breathing out,
Letting go,
And dropping your shoulders,
So feeling a little calmer,
A little softer,
A little more in control,
And knowing that now you can continue with your day,
Feeling a little bit easier,
And knowing that you can come back to this whenever you need.
