
Cleansing The Digestive And Nervous Systems

In this meditation, we use a waterfall visualization to soothe the Nervous System, coupled with a deep cleansing of the Digestive System. Reset and rebalance your physical body with Light! Detox, Cleanse, Reset, Nourish and Empower your physical body.
Transcript
So,
Finding yourself seated,
Balancing on your sits bones,
Maybe find yourself swaying side to side until you find a nice even center.
And leaning forward and leaning back until you find a nice even center.
Your back is straight,
Your chin is slightly tucked,
The crown of your head is reaching all the way up into the sky.
And we focus on our breath,
Smelling and tasting that fresh air.
As you inhale through your nose,
Imagining a lotus flower out in front of you and you're smelling this flower.
And as you smell this lotus flower,
You pick up all the nuances of this floral scent.
And this oxygen that we're breathing just feels even more nourishing.
It's as though every cell in your body can absorb this oxygen so completely when we're smelling this lotus flower.
We're absorbing,
We're feeling as though we are being filled,
Taking it all in and we're welcoming your exhale to not be controlled,
To just let it go.
With every exhale,
You're letting go of the holding that you have in your shoulders,
The holding in your lower back,
Holding wherever throughout the body.
As you exhale,
You're letting go of the holding and the tension in your tongue and the base of your skull and your jaw.
And you find that as you're letting go with the exhale,
You can send whatever you're letting go of down into the earth.
So you're connected into the earth,
This tube,
This grounding cord connecting you downward.
And as you exhale,
All of that tension from the jaw and the tongue and the back of the neck and the shoulders and the lower back and all the tension just sinks downward into the earth.
Gravity is helping to pull all of this downward,
A nice release.
You notice that you're letting go of other people's energy.
Sometimes we hold on to what other people might want or think.
We hold on to other people's judgments,
Their expectations.
We hold on to their journey for them.
We see their journey and what it could be.
And as we exhale,
We're just welcoming all of other people's energy.
All of other people's vibrations to just flow down with gravity,
Out your tailbone,
Out your sits bones,
Out your feet and legs,
Down into the earth.
And the earth is like a sponge,
Just absorbing it in.
Happy to take on these vibrations that aren't yours.
And we're going to keep this grounding cord open throughout this session today.
Continuing to be a location for release.
And we're going to take a moment to visualize a beautiful waterfall out in front of you.
The waterfall is flowing nicely,
But gently.
There's a steady stream,
But we're not talking about Niagara Falls.
It's nothing so powerful to do harm.
It's just a gentle,
Constant stream.
And you're walking around the base of the waterfall,
And as you walk to the side of the waterfall,
You notice that you can actually step behind it.
So you step behind this waterfall,
And it's a nice,
Cool cave.
And as the water hits the earth,
The mist rises up and splashes you.
This gentle mist.
And you feel how cooling and calming this cave and this mist is for your nervous system.
And through your ears,
Starting to listen,
Just listening to the sounds.
This quiet cave and the splashing of water.
The quiet of the cave is helping your mind to find a space of calm.
And the splashing water reminds you of the flow.
And we notice that this waterfall is a golden color.
Notice that this is a waterfall of golden light.
This golden light is coming from the cosmos.
This bright light,
A mixture of the sun and the moon and the stars.
All of the qualities of light flowing in this waterfall.
This is a healing,
Soothing light.
And you make a choice to step into the waterfall.
And you feel this golden light of water coming down on the crown of your head.
And it's feeling very soothing,
Calming.
Your nervous system being cleared out at the crown of your head.
And this golden light is flowing down the back of your head and your neck.
And that golden flow is bringing this state of health and ease into these tense parts of your body.
And you just stay with the back plane of your body,
Noticing as this golden light of water flows from the crown to the back of the head.
The base of the skull,
The neck.
Flowing over your shoulders and the shoulder blades.
The back of the heart.
The back of the solar plexus,
The lower back.
You notice that there's a bunch of tension in the lower back and in the glutes.
And it's just washing away down the backs of the legs,
All the way into the earth.
And as this continues to flow down the back of your body,
You start to notice this golden light waterfall flowing down the front plane of your body.
The golden light clearing your crown.
And as it pours down your face,
You feel the tension dropping out of your face.
Maybe your forehead has been tense and just welcoming that to relax.
Your cheeks relax.
Your mouth and chin relax.
This golden waterfall of light is flowing down your throat.
Bringing relaxation and ease into this throat space and the tongue and the back of the tongue.
Flowing down the chest and the arms.
The breasts where we tend to hold.
Hold other people's emotions.
Hold our own emotions.
All of the protective layers around our hearts.
Welcoming this golden light to bring cleansing and peace to your heart.
Flowing down the solar plexus and the abdomen.
And the pelvis.
Down the fronts of the legs,
All the way to the bottoms of the feet.
You notice that this waterfall,
This golden light,
Is warm.
As it cleanses you and sends whatever does not serve you down into the earth.
And now we welcome this waterfall of golden light.
While it continues down the back and the front plane of our body to enter the center of our body.
This golden light is flowing down into the center of your head.
Clearing out this space so that you can listen to your intuition.
We notice that this light is flowing through and helping you to let go of all the noise.
All of the thoughts.
The worry.
The expectations.
The logic.
The analysis.
Just flowing it down.
Clearing out the center of head.
So that you can hear yourself.
Flowing down through the throat and spinal cord.
You notice that this golden light is flowing through your nervous system.
Soothing the nervous system.
It's flowing through the vagus nerve at the sides of the throat.
In the neck.
It travels down through your body.
This golden light is traveling down through the vagus nerve.
And then branching out to every single organ in the body.
Sending this soothing,
Easeful,
Calm energy through your nervous system.
The vagus nerve is on either side of the spine.
And then we have the spinal cord itself.
And we just continue to watch this golden waterfall of light pass through the nervous system.
And we notice that it goes all the way down through the pelvis and the hips and the legs and out the bottoms of the feet.
And we're welcoming your nervous system to release whatever is not serving you.
All the way down into the earth.
Where the earth is a sponge just soaking it in.
And as we're following this golden light through the body.
We take a moment to tune in to the brain-gut connection.
Where the nervous system and the communication from the brain connects in with your digestive system.
And there's this conversation that happens.
So we're tuning in to the energy of the brain as it communicates down through your body to the stomach,
Small intestine,
Large intestine.
Which then communicates all the way back up to the brain.
And the communication goes all the way down and back up.
And we're just going to go back and forth.
Following the connection here.
And we welcome this golden waterfall of light to follow the communication space between the brain and the gut.
And we're playing with it a little bit.
It goes down and pops back up.
And back down and pops back up.
And we notice that the golden light is clearing out any of the gunk here.
Any obstructions.
And even more so,
This golden light is turning you on.
It's turning on the conversation.
It's turning on those parts of the conversation that have been constricted,
Have been apathetic.
And this golden light is cooling and calming the part of the conversation that is overactive.
Any part of our thought patterns in the brain.
Our stresses in the brain that are telling our gut not to absorb.
That we're in fight or flight.
That we can't take in our nutrients.
Any part of the brain that is telling our gut that we're lacking and we need to hold on to everything.
We're welcoming this golden light from the waterfall to soothe and ease our brain as it connects all the way down to the gut.
Soothing and easing the stress,
The fight or flight,
The lack,
The holding,
The doing.
Releasing through your exhale down into the earth.
Letting go of that holding.
Welcoming your brain to send easeful communication to the gut.
Happy communication.
Welcoming the brain to say,
I am joyful.
I trust you,
Digestive tract,
To do what you know is right.
I trust that I can be in this state of well-being.
I trust that my digestive system knows its job and knows how to do it and loves doing this for me.
The brain is reaching out its hand to hold hands with the digestive system in this space of balance and ease and peace.
And the brain notices when this outstretched hand is too tense.
White knuckling it and just being aware,
Letting go of the tension.
And as we bring this golden light into the large intestine,
The small intestine,
The stomach,
The liver,
Gallbladder,
Spleen,
Pancreas,
Appendix,
All of this golden light.
We're welcoming it to really absorb here.
And as we turn on the lights in the digestive system,
That light shines on any shadows and welcomes those shadows to be processed,
To be released down the grounding cord.
And the digestive system realizes that it's been sounding a lot of alarms.
The digestive system has been feeling as though the brain hasn't been listening.
This gut instinct has felt unseen and unheard.
The gut has been working so hard,
Running this way and that for the brain,
Putting out fires,
Putting its digestion on hold,
Keeping so much,
Saving it for later.
And sending back messages to the brain about all the different attacks going on.
Attacks from foods that maybe don't need to set us off.
So the soothing golden light as it meets the gut,
It's calming things down.
So that there can be a nice,
Quiet,
Easeful message back up to the brain.
We welcome this golden light in the digestive system to absorb into all of the membranes,
Strengthening these membranes,
Bringing a higher level of frequency into the membranes of the digestive system.
And we witness all of these cells,
All of these membranes in the digestive system,
Expanding in a full state of health,
Expanding in light.
And when we see the membranes in each of the cells in a full state of health,
These cells are happy.
They know exactly what their job is.
Send toxins out,
Send nutrients in.
That's their whole job,
Just this sorting task.
And as we raise the frequency and shine this light in the digestive system,
The sorting becomes easier.
There's clarity to the work.
There's absolute clarity of what is a toxin and what is a nutrient.
And then the work becomes easy.
We actually see all of these cells whistling while they work.
See if you can hear it listening as your gut whistles while it works.
You find yourself taking a deep breath as you listen to the absolute joy of your digestive system doing what it does best.
Sometimes mucus gets caught up in the membranes,
Making it hard for us to absorb our nutrients.
But as we fill up your digestive system with this golden light,
It just washes away the mucus.
There's absolute clarity that that mucus doesn't belong,
Washes it away down the digestive tract.
And as the mucus is released layer by layer,
The golden light infiltrates all of these membranes even deeper.
Tightening the gaps.
We just notice that the membranes across these gaps is holding hands,
Unified,
Working together as a team.
And we watch again as this golden light travels up to the brain and back down to the digestive system and back up and back down.
To and fro,
The brain and the gut holding hands.
And we remember that we're still standing underneath this waterfall of golden light.
This golden light working on the back,
The front and the center plane of your body and your field.
Clearing,
Calming,
Soothing and refilling,
Refilling you with light.
Raising the frequency in all of your 40 trillion cells,
Starting at the crown of your head.
Moving down through the brain,
The membranes of the brain,
The nervous system,
The blood vessels,
The lobes.
In all the ventricles of open space,
Through the glands of the brain.
Down through the brainstem,
This golden light raising the frequency of the brainstem.
Calming and serving,
Soothing the nervous system.
Flowing down through the throat and the neck.
Every single cell absorbing this light,
Raising the vibration of you.
Vibration travels down into your chest.
Raising your frequency in the thymus gland,
Your immune system,
In your lungs,
In the heart.
All of this golden glowing light being absorbed in all of these cells.
Every cell raising up into a full state of health.
Working its way down into the diaphragm.
Into all of the digestive organs,
Every single cell.
And you notice that the cells are almost like magnets,
Just pulling in this golden light.
We've created so much space here by letting go,
That there's space now to absorb this light.
To receive it,
To be fueled by it,
To raise your frequency.
And this vibration travels in the pelvis into all of your reproductive system.
Absorbing this light as an inspiration to create,
To manifest.
This vibration of golden light travels down through the hips and the legs.
Down to the knees and down to the ankles and down to the bottoms of the feet and the toes.
All of this golden light in your legs,
Welcoming you to move forward.
Giving your legs clarity on which way to move forward.
Giving you the motivation to move forward.
And the golden light is traveling from your shoulders down your arms to the elbows and the wrists and then the palms.
And the tips of the fingers.
And this vibration of light traveling through your arms,
Welcomes you to decide what you want to hold on to.
What you want to hold close.
It welcomes you to set down whatever you don't want to hold anymore.
And it welcomes you to choose what you're holding in this space by your heart.
So we take a few deep breaths,
Just noticing your entire body vibrating in this light.
You might feel a little bit jittery.
You might feel activated,
Invigorated.
Feeling fueled in this calm and peaceful way.
And you step out of the waterfall into the bright sun.
Smelling the air,
All of the humidity in the air,
But it's a crisp humidity.
The mist all around you,
Alive.
And as you inhale into your heart,
Exhale out through all the pores of your skin.
This vibration of a full state of health.
This vibration of light and motivation and peace and calm.
Exhaling it into this space all around you.
Expanding your energy.
This is your vibration all around you.
You're standing in your energy,
Light as a feather.
Expansive,
Powerful,
Confident.
Completely aligned with yourself.
And you set the intention that as you walk through life,
You will continue to feel expansively you standing in your light.
And always connected into the earth to release what does not serve.
