Loving Yourself At A Cellular Level With The Light

In this meditation, tune into your heart and connect with your unique vibration of Love and Light. Send your heart vibration inward to every cell in your body. Upgrade your physical body with a sense of gratitude and community. You will feel lighter and more expansive. Your cells will be in a state of health.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And take a few deep breaths to bring your attention and focus into the body,

Inhaling awareness into this body and being present with your body,

Feeling where you connect in with the earth,

Feeling the earth beneath you,

The vibration of support,

Unconditional love holding you,

Noticing in the vibration of the earth,

This vibration of nature,

The perfection of nature as it resonates with your body,

Reminding your own body of its nature,

Noticing the vibration of the sky above,

The vibrations of the cosmos of the divine above you,

These vibrations of infinite possibilities and the vibration of light,

The light of the sun,

The light of the moon,

The light of all the stars in the sky.

And as they resonate with you,

It reminds every cell in your body of the light within you.

And as you bring yourself back to your breath,

We notice that every cell in your body can vibrate with nature and with light,

Bringing your attention to your heart.

Here at the center of your energy body,

The heart is the space of your humanness,

The combination of your physical body with your spirit.

The heart is where we flow your life force energy,

Your immune system,

All of your energy.

The heart is your essence.

This unique fingerprint of who you are.

Of all the billions of people on this planet.

They all have a unique heart resonance.

This vibration of love that is fueled by your spirit and expressed by the body.

Placing your hand over your heart and feeling the vibration of your love and your essence.

So often,

We focus on extending that love out into the world.

It's important first to extend that love internally.

The hand that is on your heart,

Putting a mirror on that palm,

So that all the love that is being expressed in your heart can be reflected back.

Reflecting your essence back towards your body,

Into every cell of your being.

And you can choose to keep your hand here or remove it.

We focus on your heart essence,

Your unique vibration.

Expanding out from the heart.

Expanding into all of the heart tissue and all of the cells and DNA and particles of the heart.

And sending your love into the lungs and the breast.

Expanding this vibration of love into the entire chest cavity.

Seeing it as a glowing golden light filling you up.

And this golden glowing light moves upward into the high heart,

The thymus gland,

Up into the throat and neck,

The thyroid and parathyroid.

And this golden light extends up into the head,

All of the tissues and the brain lobes,

The brain stem,

And the nervous system and the blood vessels.

And right now you're feeling this vibration of your own love,

Your own heart resonance throughout your chest,

Neck,

And head.

Just glowing this golden light.

And your essence starts to flow through your shoulders and down your arms to the palms and fingers and fingertips.

So all the tissues and cells,

Blood vessels,

Nervous system,

DNA,

Particles within your arms are glowing and vibrating with your essence.

We're expanding out this golden light down from your chest into the digestive regions.

Expanding this vibration of your love and your essence into the stomach,

Pancreas,

Spleen,

Liver,

Gallbladder,

Small intestines,

Large intestines,

Appendix.

Expanding out this golden light of your essence into these organs that help us to digest.

Vibrating in a state of love and health.

Expanding this golden light into the kidneys,

Ureters,

The bladder,

And the reproductive organs.

Filling up this entire abdomen,

Welcoming the cells and the particles to vibrate with love.

This golden light is sent down into the pelvis and the hips,

Down the legs to the knees,

To the ankles,

To the feet and the tips of the toes.

And you find that all of the tissues,

Cells,

DNA,

Subatomic particles in your legs are glowing brightly with this vibration of love and health.

And we take a few moments to just focus on our breath as we notice that every cell in the body is vibrating with our essence and our love.

So we talk to all of those cells in the body.

We say hello to them all.

For being a part of this physical body.

Thank you,

Cells,

For holding a part of my spirit.

We are all connected together,

Working in unison as a community for this spirit in this body.

Thank you,

Cells,

For working for my greatest and highest good.

And as I send my love energy to each of you,

May this help to remind us all how we're connected,

To remind us our goals,

That we are all part of this love vibration.

And we see all of the cells in your body cheering.

The crowd goes wild.

They're all cheering and excited.

And they're so thrilled to be part of you.

And each of these cells knows exactly what to do for your greatest and highest good.

And they're so excited to do it.

And they're singing and dancing.

With your spirit,

Your essence in every cell of your body,

They are completely aligned with you.

There's no more confusion about what they should be doing.

They are so crystal clear.

And they're actually digging right now.

They're digging out the muck,

Clearing it out.

They're making space for the nourishment.

We welcome any of the muck,

Any of the toxins and inflammation,

Pathogens,

To just come out through your skin,

Through the pores of your skin,

Out of your field and go directly up to the sun for transformation.

We set the intention that your organs don't have to process all of these toxins in the body.

We can send them out through the skin,

Out through the field and up to the sun and welcome the light to transform whatever does not serve you.

Anything else that needs to be processed out that does not serve you can go down into the earth,

Where Mother Earth has open arms to receive and compost whatever does not serve us.

Anything that's holding us down,

That's getting in the way of alignment,

Can be sent up to the sun and down into the earth.

And we bring our attention to the smaller particles within our body,

To the smallest particles in our body,

All the way to the adamantine particles,

The tiniest particles that make up everything.

And we set the vibration of these adamantine particles within your body to a full state of love,

Setting them to the vibration of your love,

Your heart resonance.

And all of those particles are so happy to be in the state of your love.

Each particle in your body,

Each cell in your body becoming a pillar of light,

Connected into the light of the heavens,

Through the body,

Through the cells,

Through the particles,

Down into the earth.

You are a pillar of light.

And every part of you is all lit up.

And we take this pillar of light that you are,

And we expand it out through the pores of your skin into this field around you,

So that there is also light in all the particles of your field.

This field holds your energy,

And every bit of it is vibrating as you.

And we place a violet flame into all of this light,

A violet flame in every cell of your body,

A violet flame in your DNA,

A violet flame in the adamantine particles,

A violet flame in all the particles of your field.

And we ask this violet flame to burn off anything that does not belong.

We ask this violet flame to burn off any obstructions to love.

This violet flame burning off anything that no longer serves you,

Anything that is ready to be released.

And we take a moment to call in anything that we've inherited,

Any obstructions to loving ourselves,

Any obstructions to loving ourselves,

Any obstructions to loving others.

That we've inherited,

And that has gone back in our ancestry.

And we ask this violet flame to burn away the layers,

Burn away the obstructions to love.

Going back one generation,

Two generations,

Three generations,

Four generations.

And asking that this violet flame can burn off obstructions to self-love,

Love for others,

Going all the way back to the tribal days,

All the way back in the ancestry,

Helping to clear your lineage.

And placing that violet flame in the genetic code of your DNA,

Welcoming it to burn off anything that does not belong within your DNA.

Upregulating your genes,

Burning off obstructions to love,

And welcoming that to have a rippling effect all the way back into your ancestry and lineage,

And all the way forward into the next generations.

Setting the intention that each of us moves forward today as a pillar of light,

With this pillar of light going through all of our cells and DNA and particles.

Completely aligned with our higher self,

With our spirit integrated within the body,

With the cells excited to know their job and to feel connected to you,

So that we can all be in a full state of health and love.
