We bring our awareness all the way up to the crown of your head,
Feeling the vibration of the space above you,
Reaching your awareness upward into the sky.
There's so much space in the sky when we stand on top of a cloud and look down.
We see the earth.
We see the physical world,
The trees,
The grass,
The rocks,
The roads,
And cars,
And people,
The animals,
All that is.
And up here on the cloud,
We feel the spaciousness,
Bringing your awareness up past the atmosphere of the earth,
And noticing the infinite directions you can move in this now.
You can move towards the sun,
Back down to the earth,
You can move towards an infinite number of stars,
Stepping on a trampoline on the moon,
Bouncing and jumping off without any expectation of where you're going,
Trusting that it will lead you where you are meant to be,
Bouncing off,
Traveling through space,
Floating out here in space,
Looking around you.
And then we change your eyes.
It's the opposite of a filter.
It's a magnifying glass that we put at your eyes,
And you can see every molecule of space,
The molecules in the air,
The matter that is mixed in,
The stars that are consolidated into one big fireball,
And the stars that are dissipating into space.
The infinite information all around you may appear to be empty space,
But there is so much information coded into each part,
And if you look closely,
You'll find that the universe is bringing you gifts.
The universe is bringing you the infinite possibilities.
One of the possibilities comes to you and connects with your body,
And then another infinite possibility comes and connects with you,
And another.
You're a magnet drawing in this potential energy,
And you receive this gift of potential energy.
Look internally,
Decide if it resonates with you,
And with gratitude,
You release what does not resonate.
Receiving gifts from the universe,
Potential energy,
Determining if it belongs,
And releasing.
Sometimes it feels as though the pattern has to happen in reverse,
Where we scan our bodies and identify what we don't need to hold on to anymore,
That time we felt rejected,
That time we made a mistake,
That time we said something we wish we hadn't.
Welcoming those stories,
That energy of the past,
With gratitude,
We welcome it to release out into the universe,
Knowing that it will go where it needs to be.
That energy may transform and upgrade,
That energy may be exactly what someone else needs as their gift,
And now you've opened up space in this body to receive from the potential of the universe,
Releasing toxins that are not serving you,
Releasing perceptions of yourself and the world,
Releasing expectations and judgments,
And receiving the potential energy that resonates with you,
Noticing the ebb and the flow as you inhale to receive and this potential energy activates your body,
Exhaling to release,
Bringing your awareness slowly back from the edges of the universe,
Back past the sun to the moon,
Through the atmosphere of the earth,
To the clouds,
And back to this body.
