A 5-Min Guided meditation. Taking a quick break, to give yourself strength through compassion, using a relaxing visualization. With music and a female voice. Helps to relax in body and mind. I am inspired by, and sometimes quoting: Sydney Banks, Amy Johnson, Jenny Gaitelband, Dicken Bettinger, Mary Schiller, Michael Neill, Ken Manning, and more of their colleagues. This particular meditation is inspired by Tama Kieves. Disclaimer In my meditations, I give friendly loving advice, which I have learned from others, and has supported me deeply. I am not a professional therapist of any kind, merely a fellow traveler among the difficulties and joys of life. You should not drive or operate machinery during or after listening to a deep relaxation recording. A meditation is never a replacement for professional support or help a person may need. Hi.

You are invited to find a comfortable and balanced position and give yourself a break for just a couple of minutes.

To find strength through compassion.

It is safe to relax.

We get to feel reassured as we breathe in softly.

To nourish the body and the heart.

And sometimes it can happen that we are not able to relax and that's also okay.

Some of your muscles can rest now.

Compassion is here for you.

To support and love you.

It is available for you at this moment.

Can you feel it?

It is accessible even while you are nervous,

Worried about what might happen in the future or stressed about what already happened in the past.

In this meditation we choose to use the mind in a way which makes each of us stronger.

We are opening up to compassion and inviting it to be more available.

That compassion is a pink cloud softly coming your way.

It meets you on a comfy couch and wraps itself around you like a warm blanket.

You feel the pink compassion cloud slowly and warmly melting into your back and relaxing your whole body.

You see it's now all around you.

The smell of pastry comes to your nose and reminds you of home.

You hug the pink compassion cloud and allow it to melt into your chest.

Strength and capability become available as we gently find our way into compassion and away from stress.

Safely relaxing.

Our meditation is coming to an end.

I want to thank you for spending this time with me.

My name is Lihi and I'm happy to be here with you.

Thank you for choosing this meditation and me.

Bye
