You are invited into this meditation.

Let's be here together and find a peaceful space to rest in.

We will begin with relaxing into soothing nature imagery.

We will be moving away from stressful overthinking into a calm and silent inner space of freedom,

Wisdom,

Inspiration and innate creativity,

Which we are all a part of.

Let's begin.

Settling safely into our time together,

Into a comfortable,

Cozy space.

If you want,

You can close your eyes and take a deep breath.

I hope this meditation will help you relax and rest.

My name is Lihi and I am happy to be here with you.

Thank you for choosing this meditation and me.

Imagining it is a sunny and cozy day.

Sweet little birds singing a gentle song just for you.

You are smelling spring in the air,

Freshness of flowers filling up your awareness.

You are bending down and touching their soft petals.

You sit down among the flowers in the soft grass.

All is well,

It is safe.

You are encouraged to listen to this meditation in the same way you listen to music with no lyrics,

Not via your intellect.

Please don't try too hard to do or understand anything that's being said.

Instead,

You're invited to allow a space of listening where the words wash over you like a gentle wind settling into a connection with clear and gentle feelings.

Those feelings are here,

Like a sun shining,

Waiting for you before and beyond the clouds of stressful thoughts.

I will give you now a few seconds alone to explore this feeling and then I will be right back with you.

We all overthink and we all stress.

It happens naturally.

There is no reason to feel guilty about it.

Right now we can rest for a few minutes.

Distract from the content of the worrying thoughts and pay attention to something else.

It is safe to do so.

Are you feeling stressed?

Would you allow your body to let you know where the stress is physically felt?

Paying attention to that area of your body.

Staying lovingly with that area of the body,

Warming it up with attention.

You can put your hand there if you want.

Would you let the mind gently notice your clear and gentle feelings waiting for you before and beyond your stressful thoughts?

As we safely shift our attention away from stressful thoughts,

Those thoughts will keep coming.

We do not have the ability to stop thoughts from coming,

Nor can we control their content.

On the other hand,

We are able to turn our attention elsewhere.

And our attention is the key to this meditation.

Your ability to shift your attention to your very own cozy and peaceful space will help let go of life issues and safely relax.

The same space designated for your cozy and peaceful is the space where you find your own creativity.

We can shift our attention to a pause in between one thought and the next.

Have you noticed that a pause can be found there?

That pause is where we enter a calm and silent space of freedom.

There we can feel and see our innate creativity,

Wisdom,

And inspiration.

Now I will give you a few seconds alone to explore a pause in between one thought and the next.

And then I'll be right back with you.

It is safe to relax into creativity because meeting our own creativity in meditation opens up a new way to view life.

Meditation is not only a tool for rest while ignoring your problems,

No.

Come back to this meditation to keep meeting your creativity and you will see your real life quote-unquote issues are slowly turning out to be not as real and as solid as you originally thought they were.

You will be able to return to what felt like a problem with a fresh creative perspective.

New solutions,

Nicer feelings,

And better decisions.

Your creativity will open up in your life.

Whether for solving problems or for creating beautiful things.
