Imagine you are standing in front of a flower field.
You see flowers as far as the horizon.
The sun is setting and the light over the field is cozy.
It's a nice warm weather out this evening.
The flowers are in different colors and types.
Their sweet scents are mixed in the air and you take a deep breath to experience them fully.
You sit down among the flowers,
Coming into a comfortable and balanced position.
We are about to go see the lilies,
But before we go,
I'd like you to know that our purpose in this meditation is relaxation.
You might be relieved to know that it's normal and okay to need a few minutes to begin relaxing.
If your thoughts are jumping all around,
Know that this isn't normal and happens to everyone.
Your thoughts will take you away,
And then you can find your way back to the meditation.
Becoming aware of your breath,
Releasing tension from your body.
As you breathe in,
You are filled with the refreshing scent of lilies.
Their rich smell reminds you of a spring-like perfume,
Slightly spicy and sensual.
Safely relaxing.
You're looking at the different flowers,
The different colors of the lilies.
Pink,
Orange,
Yellow.
You touch their delicate petals and smell enchanting fragrances.
You feel happiness,
Serenity and tranquility,
As you are reminded of the natural world.
The lilies seem to be bridging the gap between humans and nature.
The atmosphere around you is peaceful.
You feel restored and relaxed.
You are filled with love and life.
As you look at the red lilies,
The yellow ones wash over you with friendship and luminosity.
You feel much brighter and happier now.
You feel as if you are receiving a bouquet of flowers from nature.
You are delighted and grateful,
Satisfied.
You feel an intimate connection with nature.
The flowers are welcoming you and sharing the atmosphere with you.
You're comfortable,
Relaxed and feel like yourself.
You look around you in the field and you see the lavender.
You come closer to it and you reach down to feel the velvety leaves of the lavender.
You can see its delicate,
Tight flower buds.
You experience its mild and soothing aroma and its healing powers all over your body.
Your anxiety is relieved.
You're relaxed.
Relief is running through you,
Connecting you to positive and calm energy.
You see a group of roses and you walk to them.
You smell their healing scent.
Your eyes take in their brilliant colors.
Positive emotions flood you.
You're under the soothing effect of this field.
You feel compassion and empathy for yourself and for others.
Our meditation is coming to an end.
Coming back to the space where you are now.
Bringing an imaginary bouquet of flowers from our field to the room you are in right now.
