Hi,

You are invited into this meditation.

Let's be here together and find a peaceful space to rest in.

We will be relaxing into the space in between one thought and the next.

We will be moving away from stressful overthinking into a calm and silent inner space of freedom,

Wisdom,

Inspiration and innate creativity,

Which we are all a part of.

Let's shift our attention to a pause in between one thought and the next.

Right after your next thought,

There is a space waiting.

There is a pause to be found.

For the rest of this meditation,

I will be silent to allow you to explore that space,

That pause.

Notice how your attention goes there and then goes back to the thoughts.

It goes back and forth.

I will be right here with you while the music is playing as you find your ease.

Remember,

We all overthink and we all stress.

It happens naturally.

There's no reason to feel guilty about it.

Right now,

We can rest for a few minutes.

Rest from the content of the worrying thoughts and pay attention to something else.

It is safe to do so.
