Imagine you slowly walk on a safe path,

Looking at nature around you.

A butterfly,

Colored red and brown,

Flaps its wings and visits a purple lavender flower.

Other lavender flowers around it are slowly moving with the rhythm of the wind.

Your eyes follow the butterfly as it continues its journey onto the lake nearby.

The lake is clean and calm,

Reflecting the trees around it.

You are standing by the lake.

You bend down and touch the water lightly.

Creating gentle ripples.

You look at the ripples gently move on the water until they disappear.

Just as you are witnessing those ripples,

You can be a witness to your own thoughts.

And now you are watching your own thoughts move away until they disappear.

As you realize that,

You feel calm and you allow your body to melt into your bed.

You move closer to sleep.

As we move towards the end of our meditation,

You come back to the room you are in.

You feel comfort and healing.

What does that feel like?

I wish you a good night's sleep.
