Finding your seat,

Let's begin.

Moving your attention from your head to your chest.

Feeling the rise and fall of the chest with each breath.

Feeling the body settle,

Relaxing the face,

Softening any tension in the jaw,

Softening the shoulders and the chest,

And relaxing the hands.

Just finding this brief moment of presence.

Taking this last minute to visualize yourself aligned with your virtue compass.
