Welcome to this morning meditation.

Please begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Filling your lungs completely.

And then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Allow yourself to settle into this peaceful space.

Now bring your awareness to the present moment.

Visualize a soft glow of the morning sun.

Beginning to rise on the horizon.

Picture it's warm golden rays stretching across the sky.

Gently illuminating everything around you.

As the sun ascends.

Imagine it's light shining down towards you.

Wrapping you in warmth and love.

Feel the sunlight infusing your body with vibrant energy.

Filling every cell with positivity and joy.

With each breath in.

Draw in the radiant energy.

Filling your heart with warmth and gratitude.

Imagine the sunlight pouring into your heart.

Lighting a spark of gratitude for this new day.

Take one last deep breath in.

Feeling the sunlight,

Love and gratitude filling you completely.

And as you exhale.

Gently open your eyes.

Welcoming the new day with an open heart.
