Welcome to this morning sunshine guided meditation.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale letting go of any tension or stress.

Now imagine yourself standing outside on a beautiful morning.

The sky is clear and the Sun is rising casting a warm and golden light all around you.

Visualize the healing and energizing power of the morning Sun as it fills you with positivity and radiance.

Feel the gentle touch of the Sun's rays on your skin.

Allow this golden sunlight to enter your body infusing every cell with its healing energy.

Fill your entire being becoming energized and revitalized with each breath.

As you continue to bathe in the sunlight become aware of your surroundings.

Notice the beauty of nature around you.

Picture a lush green meadow with flowers blooming and tall trees swaying gently in the morning breeze.

Listen to the peaceful sounds of birds singing their sweet melodies.

Let their cheerful melodies fill your ears and bring a sense of tranquility to your mind.

Feel the connection to the earth beneath your feet grounding you and providing stability.

Now bring your attention back to the Sun.

Visualize its rays extending from your body reaching out to touch everything around you.

Imagine this energy flowing through you spreading positivity and joy to the world.

Take a moment to express gratitude for this beautiful morning and the healing power of the Sun.

Feel a sense of appreciation for the natural world and its ability to nourish and uplift your spirit.

As we come to the end of this meditation take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Wiggle your fingers and toes bringing gentle movement back into your body.
