Awaken your body and mind with a gentle Yoga Nidra meditation, a practice of deep relaxation and mindful awareness to set a peaceful and purposeful tone for the day. Find a quiet, comfortable space to lie down, preferably on a yoga mat or a soft surface. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, feeling your body settle into stillness. As you exhale, release any lingering tension or restlessness from the night. Gently bring your awareness to your breath, allowing it to flow naturally. With each inhale, invite in fresh energy, and with each exhale, let go of anything that no longer serves you. Scan your body from head to toe, releasing any tightness or fatigue, surrendering fully to relaxation.
