Reflect on the wonders of the universe and the vastness of the earth.
Feel a deep sense of appreciation for being part of this magnificent world.
Now shift your focus to the stars.
Imagine each star as a source of positive energy and blessings.
With each breath you take.
Imagine drawing in this positive energy.
And allowing it to fill your entire being.
