This has been true for Kelsea, Life Alchemy creator, on her path of learning from and living with multiple chronic illnesses. This can be true for you, too. Here she shares the practices that have helped transform her world, including yoga nidra, mindfulness, meditation, and more. These offerings are specifically intended to be empowering, encouraging, and accessible for those with different abilities and acute or chronic illnesses. In this spirit of inclusivity, may there be something here for EVERYbody. About Kelsea (she/her) Kelsea lives in VT, USA with her husband and two cats. She has been living with multiple chronic illnesses for over nine years, and has been disabled because of them for the past few. She brings to the offerings you will find here a dedicated personal meditation practice drawing upon various styles and lineages; a commitment to learning, including inspiration and teachings from the School of Living Yoga’s 100 Hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (Feb '26) and Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (training in progress - certification not yet completed). Her aim is to provide guidance that meets you where you are, and supports you in becoming the alchemist of your own mind, body, and life.
