Deep deep deep down to the crystals.
I just want you to connect with the crystals,
Feel them merging.
Sit with them,
Feel the energy.
I want you to bring that awareness up,

Up through your feet,
Through your knees,
Your legs,
Your belly,

Up through your chest,
Up through your throat,
Up through your face,
Up through your third eye and out through the top of your head,

You're going up and up high into the sky.
Keep keep going until you reach that white light,
That beautiful pure white light.
Feel it.
Connect to it.
Feel that white light come down with you like a tunnel of light overtaking your body,
Down and down through the top of your head,
Through your third eye,
Down,
Down to your heart.
And I want you to stay here.
Feel that white light energy.
And sit with it.
Bask in that energy.
Just sit with that magic.
Just sit with that feeling.
