Sitting In Love

This beautiful meditation starts with a short grounding exercise using the breath. Then you will be invited to Sit in Love. Allowing you some time to focus on one thing that makes you happy and connecting with that feeling.

A great way to boost your mood and feel gratitude and love. Working with the heart you will feel more open and loving towards yourself and others.

Hello and welcome,

Get comfortable and when you're ready close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And out through your mouth,

And again in,

And one more time,

In,

Go back to it's natural rhythm,

Connect with your heart,

Feel it beating,

And when you think of it,

It brings a smile to your face,

That one thing that gives you warmth in your heart,

Love in your soul,

Keep focusing on that piece of love,

That piece of happiness,

Imagine that you're immersed in it,

In the energy of love,

Contentment,

Happiness,

And just sit with it,

Notice what emotions are coming up for you,

Are you gently smiling,

Is your heart fluttering,

Are the happy tears welling up in your eyes,

Do you feel happiness coursing through your veins,

And with every breath you take,

Imagine glitter sparkling all through your body from head to toe,

All the way through your body,

Absolute happiness is what you are right now in this moment,

Love is what you are in this moment,

Accepting yourself as you are in this moment,

Imagine the sun beaming on your skin,

Healing your soul,

Cleansing you,

Cleansing your mind and your body,

Imagine yourself glowing,

Getting brighter and brighter,

Your aura expanding,

Connecting to anything you touch in your way,

Making the world brighter and brighter,

The more you expand,

As you get bigger and bigger,

The world gets brighter and brighter,

Your aura expanding,

Down to mother earth,

Out into the universe,

All around,

Connecting to people you've never met,

People you will never see,

But still it's like a ripple effect of love,

You are love,

And as you go about your day,

Just silently say to yourself,

Or say out loud,

Connect with your heart,

Find that happy place,

Sit in that love,

And with that,

Know you can visit this place of love whenever you need,

You might want to put your hands on your heart,

Give yourself a hug,

Or even say thank you or i love you,

When you are ready,

Slowly start moving your toes and fingers,

Your body might want to stretch or move,

Please honour that,

And slowly open your eyes,

Have a lovely morning,

Afternoon or evening.
