This meditation is for nature and being outside.

So if possible,

Sit outside or imagine a natural setting and just listen to the sounds around you.

Breathing deeply and imagining yourself as part of the beauty and harmony of nature.

Just giving yourself a few minutes in nature to ground and connect with the world around you and whisper to yourself,

I am one with the joy of the earth and feel free to continue with this meditation as simply being present in nature.
