Hello beautiful souls,

And good morning,

Or whatever time of day you choose to do this meditation.

We are going to take a few minutes out of the day to just give some gratitude in this morning gratitude meditation.

You can do this meditation wherever you'd like,

Whenever you'd like,

And however you'd like.

But if you are sitting,

If you are seated,

Or lying down,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

Filling the lungs and the diaphragm,

And on the exhale,

Completely releasing the breath.

Now go ahead and reflect on three things that you are grateful for today,

Big or small.

And let the gratitude fill your heart as you say,

Thank you for the blessings in my life today.

You can continue with this meditation for as long as you'd like.

Maybe you'd like to be grateful for more things.

Or maybe you have other things to do.

So again,

You can continue with this meditation,

Or go on about your day.

Thank you for listening.
