Hello beautiful souls and thank you for being here for this short meditation.

You can do this meditation anywhere you'd like,

However you'd like.

We'll begin by closing your eyes and imagine someone you care about deeply.

Picture them in your mind,

Hold them in your heart and just begin to send and radiate them love by repeating,

May you be happy,

May you be healthy,

May you be at peace.

And you can do this with as many people as you'd like.

And once you have directed this love and kindness to everyone in your life,

Direct those same words towards yourself and say the words,

I am happy,

I am healthy,

I am at peace.

You can continue with this meditation or you can continue without your day.
