Temple of the Great Beaming Light.
In this meditation,
We will journey to the Temple of the Great Beaming Light.
This is a place you can visit anytime for comfort,
Deep healing,
And enlightenment on your spiritual path.
It is open to all who are sincere in their devotion to spirit and interested in fully living their life purpose.
It is a place of the purest divine love and light where the perennial wisdom that inspires all the world's great religions resides.
If you will.
Please join me in sitting comfortably upright.
In a quiet,
Private environment.
Rest the soles of your feet flat on the ground and parallel to each other.
Rest your hands palms up on your thighs.
Lightly close your eyes.
Take a few slow,
Deep breaths,
Feeling the sensations of breathing inside your body.
Allow your breathing to bring you into the present moment.
And into a deeper awareness of the energy inside your body.
Imagine that with each breath you draw in the pure energy of spirit and allow it to infuse your whole body.
Set your intention to be open to receive the highest spiritual guidance and support.
From the realm of the purest divine love and light as you fully engage in this meditative experience.
You can affirm this intention by saying,
Divine Love and Light.
I am open,
Ready,
And grateful to receive your guidance and healing.
Now,
Imagine yourself walking along a path through a vibrant green forest.
You hear the sounds of the birds and the wildlife playing joyfully in the brush and in the trees overhead.
You sense the life energy of the forest pulsing all around you.
And you feel it moving up through your feet and legs and through your whole body.
Bringing you a profound joy at being alive.
The path takes you into a wide open meadow dotted with wildflowers of all colors.
And it turns left along a bubbling stream.
You see that the stream flows down from a mountain ahead,
High up in the misty clouds.
You followed the path along the stream.
Noticing brilliant beams of pure white light glistening on its surface.
The beams of light are coming from the top of that mountain.
And you see that the path is leading you up that mountain now.
You follow the path as it ascends.
Even though the climb is fairly steep.
Your legs seem to have a bounce in them.
And you feel drawn up the mountain by a gentle yet persistent unseen force.
After climbing up the winding trail,
You break through the mist and see before you,
Less than 100 feet ahead,
The temple of the great beaming light.
You follow the path to the foot of seven stairs,
And take each one slowly in turn.
Feeling as if you are becoming lighter and lighter with each step.
At the top of the stairs,
You arrive at an arched entry between two white stone columns.
Two great doors to the temple open outwards from the center,
And the pure white light pours forth upon you.
At first you blink,
Then your eyes quickly adapt as you walk across the threshold into a great entry hall with high arch ceilings and multicolored stained glass windows above on all sides.
All around you are pieces of celestial artwork,
Paintings,
Statues,
Pools of holy water,
And the most brilliant gems,
Rubies,
Citrines,
Emeralds,
Sapphires,
Amethysts,
And diamonds,
All glimmering in the pure white light.
There is a sweet incense in the air which relaxes you,
Clears your mind,
And opens your heart.
You bend down and take a drink of the holy water in cupped hands.
You immediately feel cleansed,
Energized,
And refreshed with the most heavenly spirit.
Ahead,
You notice another arched doorway with a curtain of gemstone strands,
And you feel drawn to walk that way.
Parting the gemstone strands,
You find yourself in the most heartwarming chamber,
With celestial beings all around the edges,
Smiling and welcoming you in.
In the center of the chamber is a large flat bed with an abundance of pillows,
And bathed in light shining down from above.
The celestial being's gesture for you to lie down there.
As you lie down,
They gather around with palms facing you,
Beaming the most soothing energy of love and light.
One of the motions for you to gaze upwards.
Where you see an opening in the center of the high arched ceiling.
A shimmering light is shining down on you from that opening.
As you stare into the light,
You notice more beings of light descending.
All are smiling and sending you the deepest,
Unconditional love.
Some are singing angelic songs and others are beaming light to you with twinkling eyes and with their hands.
They are all so glad to see you,
So glad you've come to be with them in the temple.
To receive their healing,
Guidance,
And support.
They let you know that your free will is honored here.
That you can take in just what you are ready to receive,
In whatever way is best for you now.
As you open and receive their pure divine love and light,
Your consciousness is raised to the highest level.
Your mind opens to receive exactly what you need to know.
Your heart opens to receive deep love and compassion.
Your body opens to healing on the deepest cellular level.
You find yourself letting go of old hurts,
Forgiving easily.
And releasing anything and everything that has held you back.
You release any habits that no longer serve you.
All cords that tied you to past pain and any and all negative thoughts feelings and behaviors dissolve now.
You feel a great weight lifted.
You feel what it would be like to live without restriction,
Stress,
Or fear.
You feel yourself filled with a deep,
Comforting peace.
With a knowing that all is well.
With the virtues your soul desires.
And with the knowledge and skills that you were born to enjoy and share.
You are so deeply thankful.
You are infused with the deepest love and gratitude.
As your body,
Heart,
And mind open fully.
You receive insight into your current life purpose.
The reason you were sent to the earth at this time.
All of this downloads into your consciousness now.
And you take it in as a whole,
Knowing that it will unfold perfectly in the right progression and timing.
You will know what you need to know when you need to know it.
And be inspired with what to say and do at the right time.
All of this is stored with you now.
To be revealed moment by moment in your life.
You are deeply healed.
Deeply inspired.
Deeply infused with divine love and light.
You are completely surrounded,
Guided,
And protected by divine love and light now and moving forward.
All you need to do is remember,
Let go and call in the light.
At any time,
You can call in the light.
Divine love and light is,
Always has been,
And always will be here for you.
You are an expression of divine love and light.
Rest now in the Divine Presence.
Receiving the ultimate comfort of pure love and light.
When you are ready,
You rise up to standing.
Smile and say a prayer of thanks.
You feel yourself surrounded and infused by a field of divine love and light.
You feel lighter.
As if you've left behind what has held you back.
As you walk back through the doorway out of the chamber,
You pause,
Turn,
And see exactly what you have left behind.
You see that being taken up and away by the beings of light who ascend through the ceiling.
You wave goodbye to them and bow in thanks.
You cross the threshold of the chamber into the great entry hall.
And then move across to the great doors which open to the outside.
You emerge from the temple and stand on the top step.
You gaze out over the meadow,
The stream,
And the forest below.
With a renewed perspective on life down there.
You vowed to remember where you've been and what you've learned,
And to put into action inspirations you received.
Slowly,
You descend down the seven stairs,
One at a time.
With each step you feel yourself come into your body a little more.

You stand on your path fully awake and aware.
Knowing that you are always surrounded,
Guided,
And protected by divine love and light.
You feel inspired to live the life you are meant to live.
Now,
When you are ready.
Slowly open your eyes and take in the space around you.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Your hands on your legs.
And the energy at the top of your head.
Take a few moments to write down anything that is important for you to remember from this meditative journey.
