In this meditation, you'll embody the frequency of peace in your heart through the mantra "OM-Shanti" and feel this vibration radiating from your heart to all your cells, to your loved ones, to all beings, and our whole planet. As you feel this peace within and all around, you rest in a sacred space of peace you can live from.

The purpose of this meditation is to embody the vibration,
The frequency of peace,
To anchor this vibration in your heart and to feel this vibration flowing out through all your cells,
To your loved ones,
To all beings and the whole planet,
So we all might feel and live from this deep sense of peace centered in our hearts.
Let's begin by taking a comfortable,
Upright,
Seated position.
Rest your hands,
Palms cupped in your lap,
With the tips of your thumbs touching lightly.
Lightly close your eyes.
Take a moment to check in inside.
Notice anything you might be carrying with you into this meditation.
Notice any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any sensations in your body.
You don't need to fix or change any of that.
Just notice.
Be aware of whatever is present and be with it.
Allow it all to be okay.
As we go through this practice,
Maintain this attitude of mindfulness by paying attention on purpose,
In the present moment,
Non-judgmentally,
Like a curious observer,
So you have a kind,
Gentle,
Compassionate relationship with whatever happens in this meditation,
And with yourself,
With all your thoughts,
Feelings,
And sensations,
Allowing everything to be as it is,
Peacefully abiding with it all.
Now,
Consider your intention for your practice.
Why is this important to you?
Consider that your practice is not only for you,
That the effect of your practice extends to your loved ones,
To everyone you interact with,
And even more widely,
To all beings in the whole planet and throughout the collective consciousness and all that is.
Your state of consciousness matters.
You are an important part of the whole.
So,
Consider dedicating your practice to the benefit and well-being of all beings,
So that all beings are included in our practice today.
Now,
Focus down into the soles of your feet.
Awaken sensory awareness in the soles of your feet and really feel the contact of the soles of your feet on the ground underneath you.
Soften and relax your feet and toes as if they are melting deep down into the grounding presence of the earth.
Really feel the grounding presence of the earth,
That solid support.
Thank the earth for supporting your life.
Feel that grounding presence flowing up through your feet,
Up through your shins and calves,
Up through your knees,
Your thighs,
Into your hips and your pelvic bowl,
Resting down into your seat.
Feel the weight of your body resting down in your pelvic bowl,
Resting down in your seat,
Resting down on the earth.
Feel that solid support underneath you.
Focus into your palms and fingers resting in your lap.
Feel the softness and softness of your palms and fingers resting in your lap.
Feel the softness and softness of your palms and fingers resting in your lap.
Feel the softness and softness of your palms and fingers resting in your lap.

As your hands relax,
Allow your arms and shoulders to relax down,

Open space resting in your pelvic bowl,
Resting down in your seat,
Resting down on the earth.
Now imagine and feel as if a string is attached to the top of your head,
Drawing your spine gently upright like a luminous string of pearls.
Feel this string of pearls gently extending like a line of light from your perineum and tailbone,
Up through the core of your body,
Up through your spine,
And through the top of your head.
See,
Feel,
Or just sense this line of light.
Draw this line of light from your perineum and tailbone,
Up through the core of your body to the top of your head.
Feel this whole stream of light flowing up through the top of your head.
Feel the tingling aliveness and openness shining brightly at the top of your head.
Now tuck your chin just slightly to gently lengthen the back of your neck.
Lightly close your lips and breathe in and out through your nose.
Rest your tongue up on the roof of your mouth,
With the tip of your tongue resting on the gum line behind your upper front teeth.
Soften and relax your tongue here.
Softening your tongue sends a relaxation signal through the vagus nerve network,
From your brain stem,
Down through your heart,
Your abdomen,
And your whole body.
As you feel this relaxation,
Smile,
A subtle smile of deep peace and presence,
Of appreciation and gratitude for this time to consciously relax.
And feel the soothing sensation of deep peace that is always available underneath it all.
Allow this feeling of peaceful presence to soften and relax your face.
Smile through your eyes and release any tension from your eyebrows,
And your forehead.
Allow this feeling of peaceful presence to flow from the top of your head,
Down through the center of your brain,
Down through your neck,
Down through your shoulders,
Arms,
And hands,
Down through your chest and upper back.
Down through your abdomen and lower back.
Down through your hips,
Legs,
And feet,
And down into the earth.
Feel this peaceful presence flowing down through your whole body.
Now,
Focus into your heart.
Feel into your heart.
And feel this deep,
Peaceful presence centered here in your heart.
Now,
We're going to breathe and chant the vibration of peace in and out.
Through our hearts,
Using the chant of Aum Shanti.
Aum is the vibration of the universe itself,
And Shanti is peace.
So this is a chant of universal peace.
Take a deep breath into your heart.
And on your out-breath,
Chant Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Aum through your heart.
Feel this vibration of peace flowing through your heart.
Continue breathing and chanting in this way.
Take a deep breath into your heart.
And on your out-breath,
Chant Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Aum through your heart.
Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Aum Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Aum Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Aum Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Aum Feel the vibration of peace flowing through your heart.
Immerse yourself in this feeling.
So everything else fades to the background,
And there is only this.
The vibration of deep peace flowing through your heart.
Now feel this vibration of deep peace flowing from your heart through all your cells.
Feel this vibration of peace flowing from your heart to your loved ones.
Call to mind any specific person or situation that is on your heart.
Feel this vibration of peace flowing from your heart,
Flowing through the heart of that person.
Through the hearts of all involved.
Feel this vibration of peace flowing from your heart to all those who are suffering.
To all war zones.
Feel this vibration of peace flowing from your heart to all beings.
And the whole planet.
Feel this vibration of peace flowing from your heart to the environment of our planet.
Feel this vibration of peace flowing from your heart throughout the whole universe and all that is.
Feel this vibration of peace flowing out infinitely in all directions.
Rest in this infinite,
Peaceful vibration centered in your heart.
Rest as infinite peace.
Rest as infinite peace.
Rest as infinite peace.
Now feel the peace in your heart centered in the space of your body,
Within the boundless space of infinite peace.
Record this feeling of infinite peace in every cell of your body,
So you remember it,
Carry it with you.
Share it with others.
Embody peace in all your interactions and can return to it anytime.
What would it be like to live from this infinite peace centered in your heart?
Maintain this felt sense of infinite peace centered in your heart as you slowly open your eyes and take in the feeling of the space all around you,
Together with the feeling of the space inside,
As one space of infinite peace centered in your heart.

Wherever you go,
To everyone you meet.
