This meditation activates your Light Core, the Central Channel that runs vertically from your perineum up to your crown. This activation gives you a strong sense of being centered, aligned, energized, and connected with all of Life and your Source.

This meditation activates your light core, The central channel that runs vertically from your perineum up to your crown. This activation gives you a strong sense of being centered, Aligned, Energized, And connected with all of life and your source. To begin, Sit comfortably upright with the soles of your feet firmly on the ground. Rest your hands cupped in your lap with the tips of your thumbs touching lightly in an open, Receptive posture. Relax your shoulders down. Lightly close your eyes. Lightly close your lips and rest your tongue up on the roof of your mouth, With the tip of your tongue touching the gum line behind your upper front teeth. Soften and relax your tongue here. Imagine and feel as if there's a string attached to the top of your head, Drawing your spine gently upright. Tuck your chin just slightly, Gently lengthening the back of your neck. Relax your jaw, While keeping your lips closed and your tongue soft and relaxed on the roof of your mouth. As we begin, Let's dedicate our practice to the benefit of all beings, Acknowledging our oneness with all of life. Now, Let's move into focused breathing. Focus into your upper nasal passages and feel the sensations of breathing in and breathing out. Feel the energy in your breath lighting up your nasal passages and forehead. If you notice your attention wanders to anything other than the sensations of breathing here, Gently recognize that content, Release it, And return to following the sensations of breathing lighting up your nasal passages and forehead. Now, Feel the entire space inside and including your skin, Alive, Fully present. Smile as you enjoy the feeling of alive presence in every cell, As if everything in your body and every cell is smiling, Shining pure positive energy to every other cell, Creating a relaxed, Positive, Nurturing inner environment in which all your cells thrive. Now, Let's ground this energy by focusing down into feeling the sensations of contact of the soles of your feet on the ground. You might press your feet down into the ground to awaken sensory awareness here, And then allow your feet and your toes to soften and relax, Feeling as if they are melting deep down into the earth. Feel down into the consciousness of the earth, This deeply grounded presence in which we live. Allow the feeling of grounded presence to flow up through the soles of your feet, Up through your shins and calves, Up through your knees and thighs, Into your hips and pelvic bowl, Resting down in your seat. Feel the weight of your body resting down in your seat, Resting down on the earth. You are fully present here, Now. In this body, On this earth. Focus into your palms and fingers resting cupped in your lap. Awaken sensory awareness here in your hands, And allow your hands to soften and relax, As if they are melting down into your legs. Feel the soft openness in your hands, Connected to the soft openness of your heart. As your hands relax even more, Allow your arms and shoulders to relax down, Releasing any tension in your shoulders, Your neck, And your head. Once again, Imagine and feel as if a string is attached to the top of your head, Drawing your spine gently upright, Like a string of luminous pearls. Feel your spine gently stretched, From your perineum and tailbone, All the way up through the top of your head, Like a stream of light flowing upwards. Breathe in and out through the top of your head, Feeling the effervescent energy here. Now, On your next inhalation, Feel the current of your in-breath drawn upward to an energy center about 6 to 12 inches above your head, The soul star. Breathe out through the soul star to focus the energy here. Breathe in, Feeling the upward current flowing up into the soul star, And breathe out through the soul star. Feel the energy of your soul star, Shining brightly. Now, Inhale and feel the upward current of your in-breath, Drawn high up above you, As high as you can imagine, Into a pure diamond light. Breathe out through this pure diamond light, Focusing the energy here. Continue breathing in this way. Breathe in, Feeling the upward current flowing up into the pure diamond light, And exhale through this pure diamond light. Now, Let go of breathing and rest in the pure diamond light, High above. Allow it to saturate your consciousness, So there is only this. Now, Feel this pure diamond light pouring down through the soul star, Pouring down through your crown, And down into the center of your brain, Lighting up the center of your brain and pineal gland with pure diamond light. Breathe this pure light in and out through the center of your brain, Amplifying the signal here in the pineal gland, This liquid crystalline transducer of light. Feel this light shining out through your whole brain, Infusing your whole brain and all your senses with pure diamond light. Now, Feel this light pouring down through your central channel, From the center of your brain, Down through your neck, And down into your heart. Breathe this light in and out through your heart to amplify the signal here. In your heart, The pure diamond light transforms into unconditional love. Feel the light of love infusing your heart. Breathe this light of love in and out through your heart. Feel your heart shining like the sun. Now, Feel this light pouring down through your light core, From your heart down into your lower abdomen, Lighting up your abdomen. In your abdomen, This light softens into a light of deep peace. Now, Feel the light of peace flowing down through your abdomen. Now, Feel the light shining out through the center of your brain, The center of your heart, The center of your lower abdomen, And your whole light core. From your perineum to your crown, Feel the light of your core shining out through your whole torso, Head, Arms, And legs, Infusing your whole body with light. Feel this light shining out from your light core, Out through the pores of your skin, And out through the whole space all around. Feel this light shining out through the whole light field of life, Through all beings, Our whole planet, And out through all planets and star systems, Through all beings in all dimensions. Feel this light shining out infinitely in all directions. Feel it shining out infinitely in front of you, Farther and farther. Feel it shining out infinitely behind you, Farther and farther. Feel it shining out infinitely to the left, Farther and farther. Feel it shining out infinitely to the right, Farther and farther. Feel this light shining up infinitely above you. Feel it shining down infinitely below you, Deeper and deeper. Feel out to the edges of this infinite light, And beyond that, There is no boundary to this light, No beginning and no end. Now, Sense that within which and from which this light shines. The source of this light, The source of all, Prior to space and time, Prior to name and form, Timeless, All-embracing, Rest in that, Rest as that, Rest as that, Rest as that, Rest as that, Rest as that, Rest as that, Rest as that. No inside, No outside, Clear light, Pure love, Pure peace. Now, Feel the whole light field of life arising in the vastness, Infused with pure diamond light, Including all beings in all dimensions, All star systems, Our solar system, Our planet earth, And all life on earth. Feel your light core arising in the vastness as an expression of the pure light of source, Shining brightly from your perineum up to your crown. Now, Feel your light center in your heart, In the center of your light core, And notice how you feel. Really soak it in, Let it saturate your being. Now, Feel the top of your head tingling with luminosity, Awake and aware. Feel the warm embrace of your hands and heart, Embracing every moment of experience. And feel your abdomen, Hips, Legs, And feet resting peacefully down on the earth. You are fully present here, Now, In this body, On this earth. Slowly, Open your eyes and take in the feeling of the space inside and all around, As one space of luminous, Loving presence. No difference, Eyes open or eyes closed. Take this luminous, Loving presence with you wherever you go, Acknowledging all as expressions of the light.
