She is passionate about guiding others toward holistic health and thrives in one-on-one coaching/mentoring and group settings. Teaching meditation, pranayama, movement, and nutrition supplemental to therapy, Johnna also empowers others by training them to become community leaders and offers online and in-person training + mentoring sessions.
