Welcome to your yoga nidra.

Lie down now in a way that's comfortable for you.

Typically we lie in savasana on our back,

Arms slightly away from our sides,

Palms up.

Or you can place your hands on your belly and heart.

Just be here.

Close your eyes gently.

Let your eyelashes softly kiss now.

Give yourself permission to do absolutely.

This is your time to rest.

Bring yourself back to your breath.

Begin to deepen the breath now.

Feel the body resting on the earth.

Hear the sounds forming around you.

Feel sensations in your fingers and toes.

Stretch if you like.

Maybe a soft sigh.

Turn on to your right side.

Take your time.

Welcome back to your waking world.

Know that the guidance you seek and you can trust your path.
