Jen Hill is passionate about sharing the calming, clarifying, and transformative powers of meditation and mindfulness. Jen began meditating in 2008 and became a meditation guide, teacher, and coach in 2016. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and Mindfulness from the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM, formerly ACHS). Jen specialises in corporate, 1:1 and community teaching and guidance and is a senior mentor at ACMM, supporting and training others who want to be meditation teachers.
