Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,
Whatever feels right for you,
Sitting or lying down.
Making any final adjustments,
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and begin to turn your attention inwards,
Tuning into the sensations of your breath,
Allowing you to feel more present within your body,
Observing your natural inhale and exhale.
Just notice.
Just observing and feeling the breath.
As it naturally and easily flows in and out through your body.
Let go of any tension,
Any worry,
Any stress.
Any concerns,
Leaving them aside for now.
Feeling this moment just for you.
On the next inhale,
Take the deepest breath you've taken yet today.
Inhaling slow and deep,
Letting go on the exhale.
And once again,
Inhaling slow and deep,
Letting go on the exhale.
Taking a moment to relax.
Breathing normally now.
Feeling effortless.
Feeling more relaxed.
Feeling at ease.
Just now journey inward,
Allowing yourself to relax even deeper.
Bringing our gentle focus to the sensations within our body.
Our simple state of presence is more powerful than we often realize.
Simply by noticing any part of our body allows it to relax even just slightly without having to do anything,
Without any effort.
Take a few moments to scan your body,
Looking inwards,
Seeing what parts would like to relax a little more.
Allow yourself to feel into it.
Feeling and noticing any sensation that arises.
And breathe in to whatever you feel.
Breathing in fully and deeply.
Allow yourself to relax even deeper.
Simply by feeling into different sensations.
Breathing into them.
As you scan your whole body,
Looking inwards.
Just noticing.
Feeling and breathing.
Spending a few more moments of quality time,
Feeling and breathing into any areas that want a little extra attention.
Breathing in fully and deeply.
Letting go easily on the exhale.
Without any effort.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
Breathing naturally now and looking inwards.
Invite your gentle focus and curiosity to your heart center.
Simply focusing on the middle of your chest and a couple of inches inwards.
As you breathe in and out.
Keep your awareness on this space.
Almost as if you are breathing into your heart.
And as you breathe out,
You relax into it.
And on every breath in,
You feel nourishing energy flowing into your heart.
And on every breath out,
You allow your heart to feel even more relaxed.
You affirm to yourself in your heart center,
All is well.
And you begin to become aware of a loving vibration deep within your heart.
You may even sense a radiating orb of light there.
Perhaps seeing waves of light pulsing from your heart in all directions.
Like a living star here in your heart.
Tune into its warmth.
Feel how comforting it is.
Invite yourself to relax even deeper into your heart's energy center.
As you breathe in,
You feel the warm,
Loving energy flowing through you.
Resonating deeply and harmoniously within your heart.
Take another few moments,
Breathing in deeply.
Just basking in this feeling,
In this light.
Seeing your heart radiating outwards and enjoying the sensation of peace that it brings.
Take a moment to feel how the energy flows.
The warmth of the glow.
Seeing the energy flow through you.
Your radiant heart deep in the center.
As you continue to feel the flow of energy,
The feeling of energy and light within you grows until it glows so bright that eventually it feels as though all you are is light.
You feel every cell in your being and every space in between.
Each cell radiating with this loving light,
Full of life,
Smiling from within.
Feeling effortless,
Feeling relaxed,
Feeling safe.
On the next inhale,
Take a full deep breath,
Feeling your stomach and ribcage expanding all the way.
And when you're ready,
Exhale with a sigh,
Fully letting go.
As your breath returns to its regular flow,
You still feel yourself connected to the light within,
Radiant,
Cleansed and uplifted.
But you also begin to become aware of how you are more anchored in your body,
Connected to your heart center.
Slowly in this moment,
Feeling refreshed,
Feeling renewed.
Taking the time now to complete this moment,
Feel the points of contact between you and the surface on which you are resting.
Eyes still closed,
Slowly bringing your awareness back to your surroundings.
Feeling the air on your skin,
Gently moving your body if you wish.
Taking your time.
And when you feel ready to come back,
Gently open your eyes,
Aware of the world around you.
Still feeling connected to your heart center,
Letting it lead you,
Moving intentionally from your heart as you go about your day.
Remembering you can come back and experience this practice as often as you like.
If you feel called,
Take the time to write or journal about the gifts of your experience today.
