She utilizes Gestalt therapy, meditation, mindfulness, Internal family systems and emotional regulation techniques to fully discover oneself, and with that awareness comes compassion both for self and other, which then opens the door to choice, which leads to empowerment. She loves to connect with her fellow humans and share the techniques which have helped her the most and hope that they are just as powerful to others who join.
