Hello beautiful soul I welcome you to the series of a restful night,
Restful sleep and today we're having the topic of deep inner clarity so this meditation is for decluttering your mind and really get focus on what you want to do next in your life and really put the focus on what you have to do now in alignment with your highest version so you will find out if you're on your right path right now and if you maybe have a lot to do and don't know where to focus and to decide where to focus or and you already know where you have to focus to really get into that state to focus and at the same time taking rest now before sleep but letting go of everything what you don't need so with that said I invite you now to find a really comfortable position maybe in a seated position or other ways laying flat on your back or however you like so maybe you really feel restless right now so maybe you walk a little bit around you also can take this meditation with you and listen to it while you're walking and having a beautiful night walk maybe under the light of the moon and the stars and giving you the guidance the clarity what you need right now this present moment and I invite you now for the beginning to put both hands of yours on your heart and feel this warm soft touch of your hands on your heart maybe one hand on your heart and the other on your belly and maybe move a little bit from side to side and really get into that connection with your deepest truth with your inner being with yourself go down and rest in your heart area connect this gentle movement rocking from side to side depending on what posture you're right now you have to adjust a little bit the movements maybe if you're walking or dancing a little bit that's also nice just I want to give you the space to be as you are how you are and really allow yourself to be as you are and how you feel in that present moment and if you maybe repeat this meditation on another different day than maybe the other day you just want to be still another day you want to be seated another day you want to walk another day you want to dance it depends just notice what is here now so really rest in your heart area and put the focus as well on your breath and again in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth and the last time inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth wow and this last deep breath really really long so your breath gets deeper and deeper all of the time slow and slower and you get slower and slower and I invite you now to find a still posture where are you right now the movements if you move your body a bit slower and connect deeper with your heart center now there's always movement in your body and now through the nose and exhale now also through the nose always when you feel like feelings a little bit too intense and you really know that you need to release something and breathe out through the mouth so now for recognizing what is here what is in this present moment here present with you now just breathe through the nose in and out so you can see what is there and get into really this acceptance mode and this loving awareness what is there and you have to recognize everything what is there now it wants to be seen it wants to be loved hold by you that is real soft love and in through the nose and exhale through the nose notice how your body is rising and falling notice every movement in your body even though you're in a still posture now and now be aware of what is right now be aware of your thoughts coming and going and be aware of all the sensations in your body all the itching if there's any tingling warmth coldness just recognize what is there and now scanning your body from the head to your toes and see what is there what sensations can you feel how does your head feel today does it feel light to any ache at any point is there any tension in your head area if there is a look at it put the focus on what is there and welcome everything everything is okay and it's welcome to be there connect yourself to all what is in your body at this present moment scan your body a little bit further your shoulder,
Your shoulder area,
Your neck looking if you're here with this ache or pain and let it be there rest the attention there and ask this part of the body why?
Why are you tempted?
Do you want to tell me something?
And listen maybe there's an answer for you you can talk to every part of your body when you're in a trauma state just get the answers you need to live a more fulfilled more aligned life with your highest version scan your body now a little bit more the heart area,
How's your heart feeling today is it open,
Closed?
We opened the heart in the beginning but maybe there's something else a lot of people the heart is the place where the intuition lies,
Where the truth lies and where the embodiment of your life,
Your alignment with your values and your highest self and your purpose lies but maybe for you it's a different place in your body,
Just notice have a look at your arms,
How are they feeling today?
Do they want to tell you something?
Let it be,
All is welcome practice gentle self love with every part of your body,
Every cell of your body what about your belly?
Does the belly want to tell you something?
How are you eating?
Are you nurturing your body?
Is the belly area stressed?
This area sometimes gets overwhelmed by all the things we are trying to achieve all the wishes we got,
All the pressure we load on ourselves,
So check in with that part how is it?
And accept what you notice,
It's all well it's okay,
Get a little deeper into your genital area how is this area?
Does it want to tell you anything?
Check in with yourself,
With your body pretend,
Relax do they want to speak to you?
How are your knees?
What about your feet?
How are they feeling?
Really feel your right foot and your left foot,
Go deeper deep your feet are your roots and have a lot of wisdom,
Too often we don't listen to them so today i invite you to really listen to your feet,
What do they want to tell you?
Or just notice how they're feeling and open the space for communication with your body now your feet represent the wisdom of the earth so they can resonate with what the earth needs,
What you need to be nurtured and stable at any time so here you can get real clarity,
Grounded clarity,
Stable grounded wisdom and clear guidance,
Connected with your heart center and your highest crown chakra and well,
With your whole body you get the answer you need to find out where you have to put your focus now so imagine now roots getting out of your feet connecting you with mother earth and go deep deep deep deep deep and connecting you with the whole earth,
The whole system ah at the same time you feel your heart area expanding outside your body connecting you with all what is in this heart,
Unconditional love frequency and let your higher chakra,
Let your crown chakra,
I invite you now to imagine that the head gets open and white color flows out of your body and in from the universe inside your head,
So this white light goes into your head,
So you're now connected with mother earth and the universe and the unconditional love frequency and now get nurtured,
Wash,
Let them like do their job and get all the downloads you need now and all the cleaning,
They can really wash everything away which you don't need,
So from all those channels you can release release release release to get everything out of your system,
Of your mind,
Of your body system what doesn't belong here all the energies what don't belong to you go away,
All the energies that don't belong to your highest purpose,
To your highest self go away maybe you need to support the process with your breath and let it go away now feel this beautiful dull moment that everything is washed away your body is energetically clean now and just stay in this moment and enjoy stillness the perfect winter point a new beginning but also just a beautiful place to be in,
To rest,
To nurture just be nothing needs to be done in this moment all is well,
You don't need to achieve anything,
You have already everything rest a little bit more here in this big space of oneness of presence of pureness your mind is totally decluttered all is so clear and now i invite you to focus again on your breath through the nose inhaling and exhaling through the nose,
Just slowly,
Really gentle now focus again on the visualization of the roots from your feet and breathing again into the earth your heart area expanding again and you crunch your grip and receiving the guidance of the universe connected to the highest version of yourself in this space you know exactly what you need to do now where you need to put your focus on maybe just for today if you need for that or if you're searching for the next week,
Month,
Year or even years get the message that you need to do now but just with alignment,
With your truest potential,
With your highest self with the highest frequency of God and if you like,
You don't need to it's also okay to don't do it,
But if you like,
Commit to what you saw right now to what you felt right now,
To your calling from that present moment get into this intuitive knowing what comes now what is important now and commit yourself also to always let go what doesn't serve your highest good let go,
Let it wash away again and again let go to get to the purest essence of your being to the truest knowing what you need to do for yourself I invite you to the space of truth to the space of clarity to the space of presence connect again to your breath inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose and again,
Inhale through the nose last time,
