Hello and welcome to this meditation for connecting with and balancing your heart chakra.

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension.

Visualize a radiant green light at the center of your chest where your heart chakra is located.

Imagine this light growing brighter with each breath,

Expanding to fill your entire chest area with gentle and soothing warmth.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Visualize the green light expanding outwards,

Creating a sphere of loving energy around your heart.

Feel this sphere and encompassing your entire body,

Bathing you in healing and compassionate energy.

Bring your attention to the qualities associated with the heart chakra.

Feel this sphere around you fill with love,

Compassion and forgiveness.

Visualize yourself surrounded by love,

Both receiving and radiating it to others.

Embrace a sense of deep compassion and understanding for yourself and those around you.

Allow any emotions that arise to be acknowledged and embraced with compassion.

Imagine the green light gently washing away any emotional pain or hurt,

Replacing it with a profound sense of healing and peace.

Remain in this meditative state,

Basking in the healing energy of the heart chakra for as long as you want.

When you're ready,

Take a few deep breaths,

Gradually bringing your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying the loving and compassionate energy of the heart chakra with you into your interactions and experiences for the rest of your day.

Note down any thoughts,

Feelings,

Observations or ideas that came to you.
