In this practice, I invite you to soften your mind’s grip and feel lovingly held by something greater than yourself. As you settle into slow, mindful breathing, I guide you to sense a warm, luminous presence surrounding and infusing you, dissolving tension and doubt. With each inhalation, you receive this benevolent energy; with each exhalation, you release any resistance to help, allowing gratitude to arise naturally. Over time, this practice can retrain the nervous system to recognise safety and cultivate trust, so that life’s challenges are met not in isolation but in partnership with the subtle, sustaining flow of Divine support.
