Feel your body waking up,

Invite balance and harmony.
And notice as those feelings begin to settle within you.
And now bring your focus to your mind.
Imagine a clear blue sky sweeping through your thoughts,
Spacious,
Open,
Free from clutter.
Say silently,
My mind is clear.
My thoughts are focused.
I am present.
Feel that clarity settling in.
And now shift your awareness to your body.
Picture a warm light flowing through you from head to toe.
It strengthens and energizes every muscle,
Every cell.
Say silently,
My body is steady.
My body is strong.
My body supports me today.
And finally,
Connect with your spirit,
The quiet essence of who you are.
Imagine a gentle glow at your heart,
Radiating warmth outwards.
Say silently,
My spirit is whole.
My spirit is connected.
My spirit is at peace.
Take one last deep breath in,
Mind,
Body and spirit breathing together.
And exhale fully,
Anchoring this harmony within you.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And step into your day aligned,
Balanced and ready to shine.
