Welcome to this meditation under the Pisces transiting moon.
Begin by getting comfortable.
Let your arms rest gently by your sides or in your lap,
Sitting or lying,
Whichever feels most easeful for you.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and a soft,
Quiet breath out through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale ease and exhale tension.
With each breath,
Let the edges of your body blur.
Let the busyness of the day melt away.
Allow yourself to drift gently inward like a leaf on water.
There is nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Just this moment.
Now imagine the soft light of the Pisces moon above you,
Glowing like a pearl in a violet blue sky.
It radiates peace,
Compassion,
And deep stillness.
It knows your dreams.
It knows your soul.
Feel its light begin to wash over you,
Cool and calming,
Like moonlit waves gently passing through your energy field.
Allow yourself to absorb these words.
I surrender.
I soften.
I open to what lies beyond words.
Let this Piscean moonlight dissolve what feels heavy.
Let it blur old stories.
Let it carry you gently into your inner ocean,
Deep,
Wide,
And wise.
Bring your attention to your heart,
A quiet sense of peace and calm.
Allow yourself to let go of the center of your being.
Ask yourself,
What emotion have I been holding that I'm ready to release?
What truth is whispering beneath the surface,
Waiting to be heard?
What dream,
Image,
Or vision wants to flow through me now?
Whatever comes,
An image,
A word,
A feeling to float into your awareness like a message in a bottle.
Pisces speaks in symbols,
Sensations,
And subtle guidance.
You don't have to understand it fully.
Just let it be.
Imagine yourself surrounded by a soft mist,
A cocoon of healing light.
It holds you with infinite love and acceptance.
Say quietly to yourself,
I forgive myself.
I forgive others.
I let go and allow healing to unfold.
Feel this compassion extending outwards to those you love,
To those you struggle with,
To the collective.
May all beings be at peace.
May all hearts be held.
May all souls remember that they are part of the whole.
Take a few slow,
Steady,
Conscious breaths.
Let yourself gently return to the present moment.
Say to yourself,
I trust the flow of life.
I honor the wisdom of my dreams.
I walk gently with my heart open and my spirit aligned.
Let the boundaries of your body gently become firm once more.
Let your awareness return.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And maybe take a few moments to journal.
Or draw.
Or simply to rest in the space.
Pisces moon time is not a time for rushing,
But for allowing space to receive.
