Welcome to this meditation for the transiting moon in Gemini.

We're here to support clarity of thought and playful curiosity.

So find a position you can feel settled in.

Let your hands rest light and open and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Steady breath in through your nose and a soft breath out through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale airiness and exhale busy thoughts.

With each breath,

Feel your body becoming lighter.

Your mind is a sky,

Open,

Vast and clear.

Let any thoughts drift like clouds.

You don't need to chase or follow them.

And imagine the moon in Gemini glowing above you,

Silvery and bright,

Flickering like starlight on a breeze.

Its light is playful,

Agile and full of ideas.

Feel this energy flowing down through the crown of your head,

Lighting up your mind like a constellation.

It brings clarity,

Inspiration and fresh perspective.

Say to yourself,

I welcome curiosity.

I invite clarity.

I open to new ideas and insight.

Let this Gemini moonlight move through your thoughts,

Not to silence them,

But to organize and soften them.

And now,

Turn inward.

Listen to the voice in your mind,

The one always speaking,

Questioning,

Narrating.

With compassion,

Ask,

What is my mind trying to tell me right now?

Are my thoughts supporting me or spinning me in circles?

What story am I ready to rewrite or rethink?

Let the answers come gently.

You might notice repeating thoughts,

Anxious loops or creative sparks.

Imagine those thoughts being held in the Gemini moon's light.

They're held lightly,

With curiosity and given space to breathe.

I place your awareness at your throat,

The center of expression.

Imagine a soft breeze flowing through it,

Clearing away tension,

Releasing stuck words and opening your voice.

Say louder in your head,

I express myself with ease.

My voice is clear and true.

I am open to both speaking and listening.

If there's something you've been holding in,

An idea,

A feeling,

A truth,

Visualize yourself speaking it aloud into the air,

Safely and freely.

There's no judgment here,

Only freedom.

Allow your breath to deepen slightly now.

And as it does,

Sit for a moment in this quiet,

Curious place,

Where your mind is clear and your voice is open and your spirit feels light.

Let these words sink into you.

I embrace the power of thought,

Word and learning.

I trust my curiosity to lead me forward.

I find wisdom in both stillness and conversation.

Begin to bring awareness back to the room.

Let yourself notice the sounds around you.

Let yourself feel your fingers and toes.

Move them,

Shrug your shoulders,

Gently open your eyes.

You might want to journal or brainstorm some of the thoughts that may have come up,

Or you might find it's time for a meaningful conversation.
