Rest your hands softly on your thighs,
Or lie down and rest your hands by your sides if that's more comfortable,
And let your eyes gently close.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.
Notice as the air moves in and out of your nostrils,
The gentle rise and fall of your chest and your belly.
Allow your breath to flow naturally,
Without trying to control it or change it,
Just observe it as it moves from outside to inside your body.
Put your attention now to your throat centre,
Located at the base of your throat.
This is the centre of communication,
Of self-expression and manifestation.
It is through this centre that we speak our truth,
Express our creativity and bring our ideas and our desires into form.
Start to visualise your throat centre as a glowing blue sphere of energy.
Imagine this sphere pulsing and vibrating with the power of your voice and your unique expression.
Nobody communicates like you do.
Nobody communicates like you do.
With each inhalation,
Feel the energy of your throat centre intensifying,
The blue light growing brighter and more vibrant.
Feel this light spread out around you,
And as you attune to it,
Connect with your mind,
Your authentic voice.
This is the voice of your true self,
The part of you that knows and speaks your deepest truth.
In this space you've created today,
It is safe to acknowledge this truth and to acknowledge the power of your voice.
Feel the power and the clarity of this voice,
Residing in your throat,
And affirm silently to yourself,
I speak my truth with clarity and confidence.
My voice is a powerful tool of manifestation.
I express myself authentically and creatively.
Now bring to mind a desire or an intention that you wish to manifest.
See it clearly in your mind's eye and feel the energy of this desire in your throat.
Feel the sensations that will come in your body.
What does it feel like to have this desire fulfilled?
How does it look?
How does it sound?
Feel the sensations that will come in your body when this manifestation comes to life.
Who will you share the news with?
What emotions arise as you imagine it manifesting?
As you hold this vision,
Bring your hands to your throat center.

Preparing to speak it into existence.
Silently affirm to yourself,

As I express my desire with clarity and conviction,
It takes form in the world.
Now begin to speak your desire out loud.
Use the present tense as if it is already your reality.
For example,
I am or I have.
Speak your desire with feeling and conviction,
Allowing your voice to resonate with the energy of manifestation.
As you speak,
Feel the vibration of your words in your throat center.
Imagine this vibration radiating out into the universe,
Carrying your desire into the realm of form.
Visualize your words as alive with creative power,
Shaping and molding reality to match your intention.
Continue to speak your desire,
Feeling the power building in your throat with each repetition.
Speak it louder,
With more energy and enthusiasm.
Let your voice fill the room and imagine it echoing out into the world.
It is safe to release this desire out into the world.
When you feel your energy reach a peak,
Take a deep breath in and then release it with a powerful HAH sound.
Imagine this sound carries your desire out into the world,
Where it will manifest in perfect timing and form.
Take a few more deep breaths,
