Hello and welcome.

This practice is an invitation to pause to notice and appreciate the small blessings that surround you every day.

So,

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Allow yourself to settle into this moment and be open to gratitude.

Breathe.

Close your eyes and follow your breath with no judgment,

No change.

Inhale deeply and gently through the nose,

Receiving freshness and light,

And exhale gently through the mouth,

Releasing any tension.

And as you breathe,

Notice the sensations of this moment,

The air on your skin,

The sounds around you,

The rhythm of your heartbeat.

These small details are gifts,

Signs of life unfolding.

Everything is as it should be.

And now,

Bring to mind the little things that often go unnoticed.

The warmth of sunlight through a window.

The simple pleasure of a favorite mug.

The softness of a blanket.

The kindness of a stranger.

The way someone's smile can brighten your day.

Linger gently on one image at a time,

And allow gratitude to bloom as you notice how much joy can be found in the small details.

Let your heart expand with its appreciation for these quiet blessings.

I'm going to offer some affirmations for you,

And you can repeat them silently or aloud,

Or you can simply let my voice carry the energy for you.

I am grateful for the small moments that enrich my life.

Joy lives in the simple,

Everyday things.

The little things bring me peace and contentment.

I choose to notice and appreciate the ordinary beauty around me.

Let each affirmation settle like a seed of gratitude within you.

Growing and blossoming,

Filling you with joy for the simple things.

Take a final deep breath in,

Filling with gratitude,

And exhale and feel the appreciation within you.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and step into your day noticing the little things and the joy they bring.

I don't know what happened! I woke up feeling kind of spicy today and then I did this meditation and immediately started balling. I haven't been able to feel good things in a long time but something about this meditation brought in all the good that I thought I'd never be able to feel again 😭❤️‍🩹 Thank you so much for creating this!
