Welcome,

This is your time to return to balance and to move with the natural flow of life.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale and allow yourself to arrive in stillness.

Feel your body settle into the space around you.

Feel yourself supported and feel your shoulders drop.

And close your eyes and notice your breath without judgment.

Inhale gently,

Feeling your body rise and exhale smoothly,

Feeling your body soften.

Imagine your breath is the ebb and flow of waves,

Steady,

Soothing,

Balanced.

With each breath,

You are aligning yourself with this natural rhythm.

You can repeat these following affirmations silently or out loud,

Or you can let my voice carry the energy for you.

Let each one ripple through you like water flowing with ease.

I am balanced in mind,

Body,

And spirit.

I trust the natural flow of life.

I release resistance and move with ease.

Balance guides my choices,

My actions,

And my heart.

I flow calmly through change and transition.

I live in harmony with myself and the world around me.

As you repeat these words,

Notice how balance feels within you,

A steady center surrounded by gentle flow.

I'm going to read them again for you,

So you can really let them settle into your energy.

And again,

You can either repeat them out loud or in your head,

Or let my voice carry the energy for you.

I am balanced in mind,

Body,

And spirit.

I trust the natural flow of life.

I release resistance and move with ease.

Balance guides my choices,

My actions,

And my heart.

I flow calmly through change and transition.

Take one last deep breath in,

Gathering balance.

And exhale fully,

Resting in flow.
