Welcome,

Mama.

This is your time before the noise of the day,

Before anyone needs anything from you.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seat or lying down,

Whatever feels most grounding.

Let your hands rest softly.

Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Let your inhale bring in calm and let your exhale release anything left over from yesterday.

Begin to notice your body,

The weight of your body on the earth,

The support beneath you.

Let yourself be held.

Bring gentle attention to your breath,

Not changing it,

Just noticing it.

The rise and fall,

The in and out.

This breath is always here.

A place you can return to.

A pause before you speak.

A reset before you react.

Let's rest with the breath now.

Breathing in,

You nourish.

Breathing out,

You soften.

If your mind drifts to your to-do list or your children's schedule,

Gently return to the breath.

You don't need to chase those thoughts right now.

Just return.

Let it bring you home to yourself.

Now ask yourself,

How do I want to show up for my family today?

Hold it in your heart like a quiet prayer.

If it feels right,

You can whisper it softly.

Today I choose to show up with,

Maybe it's patience,

Maybe it's presence,

Joy,

Or groundedness.

Let your intention live in your breath.

In the way you look at your family.

In the way you hold them today.

And in the way you speak to them.

Now gently turn inward again.

There may be moments today or any day where things don't go as planned.

When you raise your voice,

Feel exhausted,

Or forget your intention.

Breathe in deeply.

Say to yourself softly,

Even when I fall short,

I am still worthy of love.

I forgive myself for the moments I was just doing my best.

I acknowledge that some moments are difficult.

That doesn't mean you're failing.

It means you're human and you're growing.

With each breath,

Let go of perfection and welcome compassion for yourself.

Now picture your family,

Your children,

Your partner.

Send them warmth from your heart.

You don't need to fix or control.

Just hold the space for love.

Let this intention of holding space guide your tone,

Your energy,

Even in the messy moments.

Begin to bring awareness back to the room around you.

Feel the air on your skin,

The sounds around you,

The breath in your chest.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Maybe do a gentle stretch.

Bring a smile to your lips.

Just for you.

Take one final full breath in and a long slow breath out.

May the intention that you set today stay with you.

May your presence be your greatest gift to your family.

And may you feel the love that you so freely give to others.

You're doing beautifully,

Mama.

Thank you for showing up in all the ways that you do.

The world needs mothers like you.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and have a beautiful day.
