
Listen To Your Heart's Truth
Embark on a journey to awaken your heart’s wisdom and connect deeply with your inner truth. This meditation follows the Vital Integrated Tantric Approach using holistic methods like, activated breath work, somatics, sounding and movement. This guided meditation begins with a calming body scan to explore your felt sense, followed by the Heart Breath Process to open the flow of love and energy. We’ll then explore the 8 Directions Breath for balance, and a sounding practice to express what is alive within. Finally, we’ll conclude with a gentle acupressure technique to ground you fully back into your body.

Hello there and welcome to the Heart Awakening Meditation.
Please begin by finding a cozy space by lying down,
Bringing any pillows,
Any blankets for pure comfort.
As you begin to get into this cozy space,
I invite you to create a ritual space for yourself right now.
Closing your eyes,
Gently visualize a beautiful bubble of iridescent light surrounding you.
This is your safe space for healing and non-judgmental space.
Imagining a gold ring of beautiful light surrounding this area,
This space and around you to signify the beginning of your ritual space and your intention.
Knowing that this is a way that you can always open the portal for your self-healing and for loving yourself.
I am Honeybee,
The Soul Love Alchemist specializing in love and intimacy.
I am here to hold space as you transform your heart's pains into purpose.
To alchemize any pains,
Any sufferings,
To understanding the depths of your heart's truth.
These practices that we'll do today come from the VEDA methodology,
Which stands for the Vital Integral Tantric Approach.
With any of the VEDA practices,
We will always use sound,
Breath work,
And movement to get into the truth of our soul.
This particular meditation is to awaken the heart with loving compassion through all that you are going through,
A somatic journey to find your felt sense.
During this journey,
I will invite you and encourage you to move as freely and as wildly as you desire to express.
And or you can be in stillness to simply receive the codes.
Please honor your body and know that your somatic experiences will shift every time you come back to this meditation to search and align to your heart's truth.
And also a gentle reminder to please not do the activating breath work segment if you are pregnant,
You might be pregnant,
Or you have any serious medical conditions like a history of epilepsy,
Seizures,
Or cardiovascular issues.
If you are pregnant or have any of those conditions,
Simply use the breath segment as an opportunity to do deep presence meditation and simply listen and breathe slow.
I will let you know when that segment is happening so that you know when to breathe slow.
During this practice,
I will refer to the felt sense.
When I say tune into the felt sense,
I'm referring to sensations that arise in the moment.
The felt sense is paying attention to sensations that are alive inside your body.
In this meditation,
We are specifically looking at the felt sense within the heart space.
You may experience feelings of warmth,
Tightness,
Lightness,
Flutters,
Perhaps even sharp pains,
Or soft sensations.
In relation to the felt sense,
The key question to ask yourself is,
What sensation am I experiencing right now around my heart?
The felt sense is the key to all deep transformation,
Both in the tantric tradition and in modern science.
This practice invites you to be fully in the presence of what is alive in your heart and body right now,
Listening to the wisdom that your body carries.
Throughout this meditation,
Emotions will arise.
You may be called to sound,
Vocalize,
Or you may be called to move your body somatically through the process.
Honor what is alive,
All is welcome.
The more you surrender to what your body is speaking,
The more you connect to the felt sense.
This practice will invite the flavor of love and compassion.
I will remind you to come back to love and compassion throughout this process.
We will begin this journey with a body scan,
Followed by the heart breath,
Then the eight directions into sounding your felt sense.
We will then conclude this journey by incorporating an acupressure technique to ground your body back into the now.
Let's begin.
Please adjust to the ultimate coziness you desire to allow your full body surrender.
Lying on your back,
Begin to breathe.
Taking a nice deep inhale in through the nostrils.
Pause for a moment,
And then take a deep and slow exhale out of the mouth.
Notice your own sensations of your felt sense.
Scanning the body for any sensations.
Scanning the body for sensations in the heart.
Are there tingles?
Softness?
Sharpness?
Expansion or contraction?
Warmth or a cool feeling?
Is there pressure or a light fluttery feeling?
Breathing in,
Allowing thoughts or emotions to arise.
Let that flow.
Exhale out.
Returning to your felt sense.
Simply breathe in.
Exhale.
Release.
Letting go.
As you scan the whole body for sensations.
As you exhale,
Surrender.
As you breathe,
I invite you to speak the sensations out loud of where you feel those sensations in your body.
Speaking it out loud gives truth,
Gives form to those sensations.
Continue to breathe.
Simply notice what is alive within your body right now.
Simply whispering out the sensations as they appear.
Welcome to the next phase of awakening your heart.
This portion is the heart breath process.
A friendly reminder for those of you who are pregnant,
May be pregnant,
Or if you have any serious medical conditions like a history of epilepsy,
Seizures,
Or cardiovascular issues,
Please do not practice this activating breath work.
You can simply take this moment to sit in meditation or to focus on slow and controlled breathing.
Surrounding yourself with love and compassion into your heart space.
For this breath work,
We will do three rounds of activating connected breath.
Connected breath means that there is no pause between the inhale and the exhale or the exhale to the inhale.
To begin a round,
You will do a fast inhale through the nose and a relaxed exhale through the mouth.
We will practice this 30 times per round.
I will guide you through,
Just simply listen and follow the breath cues.
And on the last breath,
I will prompt you to inhale deeply,
Holding your breath and bringing your awareness to your heart space.
If you feel you've skipped a breath or need a moment's space,
Take that time for you and simply jump back on the breathing train whenever you are ready.
We will do this for three rounds and at the end of each round,
I will ask you to hold your breath for as long as you can,
Focusing on the heart.
As you breathe,
You will become more sensitized and more aware of your connection to the felt sense and your heart specifically.
Feel free to move the body,
Legs,
Feet,
Chest,
Or arms to move the energy that will arise.
Your hands may tense up,
You may feel slight exhaustion,
But just remember,
This is all to tune into your heart.
Remember to come back with love and compassion.
You are doing great.
And let's begin.
Inhale sharp.
Hold your breath for as long as you can surrender.
Your heart space,
Focus at the center of the chest while holding.
Feel the truth of your heart.
Experience the sensations.
Trust yourself.
Inhale sharp.
Breathe it in for this last hold.
Holding at the top here.
All is divine.
All is on time.
Get ready.
Come to a gentle stillness.
Finding your soft breath.
Noticing how your body feels.
You are safe.
Safety.
Safety.
Safety.
Now I invite you to begin inhaling with a soft heart,
Breathing in the eight directions like there's a sphere at the very center of your chest.
And as you inhale,
Allow that sphere to expand in all directions.
I invite you to feel love at the core of who you are and at the very center of your heart.
And as you inhale,
Feel your chest expand in all directions.
This ball,
This beautiful sphere of light is expanding forward,
Back,
To each side,
Diagonally out on the front and the back.
And as you breathe,
Connect to this love,
The spiritual heart of who you are.
Expanding on every inhale and on every slow,
Surrendered exhale.
Allowing the love that you are to permeate every single cell of your body.
Every bone,
Every organ,
Every tendon.
Let your energy system fill up to the brim with love on every single inhale.
Fill up.
Fill up.
And as you breathe,
You are also physically expanding the chest and the back,
Allowing more love to flow through.
Releasing tensions and patterns around your heart.
Breaking the cycles that disturb your peace.
And on each inhale,
Feel an expansion of your love.
On each exhale,
Send that love out to each cell of your body.
Enter your heart.
Rest your heart.
Allow it,
Simply the space,
To be.
Your chest.
As you exhale,
Allow the sound to come.
The Founding the Felt Sense process is liberating the sound through your body.
You then begin to liberate yourself from the constraints that may have kept your heart in closed off ways.
This process gives your heart a voice.
It's about trust and surrender,
Rather than about controlling or judging what your body does.
This process may be soft and subtle,
Or it may be an intense release for you.
It may come on strong and rippling.
The key is to allow the experience to come from the primal part of the brain.
Inhale deeply.
And on your exhale,
Sound the felt senses from within.
And on your inhale,
Ask yourself,
What do I feel?
Exhale,
Allow that felt sense to liberate through sound and movement.
Make sounds.
Move the energy.
Longer.
Really feeling and allowing the inhale to really feel into your heart.
And really releasing from the voice or sounds that reflect your internal world.
Allowing it to speak through you.
For you.
Allow its truth of sound to manifest.
And as we close this activating meditation,
It's important to ground back into the body and connect with our center.
One powerful way to do this is by gently massaging two acupressure points on your chest located just above the center of your nipples.
These points help release tension,
Soothe the nervous system,
And bring a sense of calm and balance back into your being.
To perform this grounding practice,
Bring your fingertips to your chest.
Place your fingertips just about two inches above the center of your nipple line on the soft and tender areas right above them.
Begin to apply gentle pressure in small circular motions.
Allow your breath to flow naturally as you massage.
It is supposed to feel tender,
Almost like a light bruise.
Look for the tenderness and you have found the points.
With your eyes closed,
Imagine a warm golden light radiating from your fingertips.
Flowing into these tender points,
Filling your chest with safety,
Peace,
And love.
Small,
Slow circles,
Massaging those tender points.
These points are sacred gateways to your heart's essence.
As you continue massaging,
Feel the energy here soften,
Expand,
And open to love and trust.
Let the warmth of your touch remind you of all the connection to yourself and to the earth beneath you.
Grounding you fully into the present moment.
Breathing slow.
As you take a deep inhale with me here,
Begin to slow the circles down.
Begin to release from this process and this activity gently.
Let your hands fall to the side,
Whether on the cushion or onto your lap.
Allow yourself to fully surrender.
Breathe slow.
Listen to the sound of the flute.
And as you carry on,
Whether you go to sleep or you start your day,
I invite you to grab a journal and reflect upon your divine downloads that you've received.
