The events happening wherever you were or in your vicinity and the places.

Just do a scan of people,

Events and places 20 years ago.

Go back 50 years and it doesn't matter whether you were born at that time or not.

Try to visualize world,

People,

Dominating the world discourse,

Events happening in the places,

Different parts of the world.

Breathe in.

Go back 100 years.

The people,

The events,

The big events happening across the world and the places affected by it.

Try to remember those.

Breathe in.

Take your attention and go back 500 years.

Who were the people?

People were discussing about what was happening in different parts of the world.

It was changing.

Try and visualize a time 2,

How people were interacting with each other.

Who were the ones people were talking about the most?

And how are places look like when it was 2,

Try and visualize it.

That time.

Breathe in.

Now go back to the stone age time around 5,

See what you can remember from whatever you have read,

Observed,

Whatever is in your memory and whatever you have heard from any sources.

People living 5,

Try and visualize it.

Try and visualize how people might be interacting with each other.

What they were doing.

Also,

Try and remember if you know someone,

If you have heard of any name from that era,

Any events or any places,

Breathe in.

Now we'll take a leap and go back in the era which was around 100,

000 to 150,

000 years ago when we humans evolved in our modern phase.

Try and visualize.

Visualize the environment.

Visualize the world.

Visualize all the places.

Visualize us living in those times.

Breathe in and breathe out.

We'll go back to 200 million years ago.

Dinosaurs have evolved and they were on this planet even before us.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now we'll go back 500 million years ago when the first fish evolved and when the first land plants evolved around 500 million years ago.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now go back 1.

5 billion years ago.

1.

5 billion years ago when the oxygen began to accumulate in the earth's atmosphere which is life for us,

For every living being on this planet.

Breathe in and feel that oxygen coming in which started accumulating 1.

5 billion years ago and we are still taking it in helping us survive.

Breathe out.

1.

5 billion years ago when the earth's first oceans formed earth's core and crust formed.

Breathe in we'll remember the time around 4.

5 billion years ago when the planet earth formed and this universe just left over from the birth of the sun clumped together to form planet earth.

Other planets in our solar system are also formed in a similar way at about the same time.

Be at that moment,

Be the observer of formation of our planet earth.

Breathe in now imagine a time 5 billion years ago when there were there was no planet earth just the universe and now we are surrounded by that universe.

Feel the oneness in you and the universe.

Breathe in and breathe out.
