Have you ever wondered why do people love weekends or why do you love weekends?

Why you dearly wait for weekends to come?

This is very interesting and every individual has their own version.

Also is it you who likes the weekends or you have been made to like the weekends?

In both scenarios the reason for loving the weekends would more or less remain the same.

Now go a little deeper to understand this better.

Often people like weekends broadly because of four reasons and I'll dwell upon these briefly one by one.

First you don't have to work.

Now this work is something which brings the money to run your family isn't it?

Sometimes is it just for your survival and very rarely it's something that you really want to do and love doing but in this case you won't see your work as work.

Second you get a window to spend quality time with your family.

Enjoying time with your family is a loving thing to do because people value their family relationships the most compared to any other relationship.

Third you get time to work on something you are passionate about or love doing it.

This again buys time to dwell on your interests and hobbies and the things that you love doing.

And last number four you get time to enjoy.

This is the time when you do things which you enjoy the most.

It could be watching Netflix,

Hanging out with friends,

Doing parties,

Playing sports,

Writing,

Singing,

Dancing and if you are an inside timer user spending time on this app as well and what not there are many things.

So if you observe closely in all of these four scenarios and activities the common threads among all the activities are love and joy.

So compared to your weekdays if you are looking forward to weekends so either you are doing something which you don't love or enjoy during your weekdays or you have kept yourself away from experiencing this love and joy.

This weekend reflect on things you do and eventually try to cultivate a career that you love and enjoy a personal life that you love and enjoy.

I would be super glad if this audio article is your starting point and let's connect if you'd like to learn and grow together.

Enjoy your weekend.

Thanks a lot.
