Quick Energy Set-Up With Masculine Grounding

This is a quick 4 minute energy clearing and chakra set-up for men to use anytime you want to clear your aura and reset your grounding. This is a fantastic practice to use throughout your day both to clear from situations you have just been engaged with and also to prepare for meetings and conversations. It will support you in staying centered, clear, and open to positive outcomes.

So start by bringing your awareness to the center of your head. And now bring it down into your chest. And down into your belly. And now feel the earth below your feet. Just feel the weight of your body on your feet. And just remembering the deep center of the earth, Allow a grounding cord to come up and anchor into your first energy center. And then with your own energy, Create another little grounding cord from your perineum to your first energy center. And now just make that grounding cord a little bit wider. And as it widens, Just allow your energy field and your aura to begin to empty out of other people's energies, Other people's programs, All the people you talk to today. Just let that gently clear. And bringing your awareness to your solar plexus, Just check on it. Just run it at neutral masculine. Check on the top, The bottom, The front, And the back. And just bring it back to neutral. And soften your jaw. And now bringing your awareness to your crown, Just create a golden rose, Touch it to your crown, And allow everybody else's ideas to gently drop out. Your parents' ideas, Your ancestors' ideas, The collective's ideas, The news, Magazines, Internet, Social media, Your friends. Just let everybody else's ideas gently trickle out over your crown, Go into your aura, And drain out down your grounding cord. And now just set yourself up by bringing your first energy center to 10%, Second energy center to 10%. You can run your solar plexus at 50%, Run it at a masculine frequency. If it feels good, You can keep your heart open. And now bringing your awareness to the front of your forehead, You're going to open that at 80% so you can still see everybody, Have the empathy, But it won't be running through your body. And just intentionally template your crown at staying open to being pleasantly surprised, Open to feeling wonder. And thank your body for being willing to change. Thank your aura for being willing to clear. And thank your crown for being willing to clear and update. And just replenish with golden cosmic suns. And pull up the perfect amount of earth energy for you right now.
