Gently bring yourself into a calm and regular breath that feels comfortable for you.
You can do this with your eyes opened or your eyes closed.
Now as you breathe in,
I want you to just soften your lips,
And as you breathe out,
Go ahead and release your jaw.
You can even choose to breathe in through a soft mouth and relax through a soft jaw.
Just choose which breath is more comfortable,
Which one helps you relax more deeply.
Do you prefer breathing in through your nose and releasing through your mouth?
And as you come into what feels good,
Stay flexible,
And we're just going to do this for 10 times.
Inhale soft lips,
Exhale soft jaw.
Inhale soften your lips,
Exhale soften your jaw.
Inhale soften your lips,
Exhale soften your jaw.
Inhale soften your lips,
Exhale soften your jaw.

Five more.
Inhale soft jaw,
Exhale soft lips.

That's wonderful.
Now just take a deep breath and bring your awareness to the center of your head.
Just calling all of your energy back,
And go ahead and look at something in the room.
Find something and just focus on its details to bring yourself back into this now moment.

You can look at the light and the dark and the colors and the volume.
And go ahead and bring your awareness to your body,
To your feet.
