Reduce your stress and overwhelm with this 5-minute moving meditation to help you release tension and turn on your body's wisdom. It's a great practice that invites you to jump up from your desk when you need a reset and it's one of the most playful ways to take breaks throughout the day to reconnect with your body, your pleasure, and your fullness! Before you begin make sure to put your earphones on or turn up your speakers and find a space where you can move freely and won't be interrupted during the session. Allow yourself to be guided back into your body. Leave any judgments about the way you move or what you 'should' be doing. Practice Regularly! Consistent practice will help you deepen your overall sense of well-being.

Hello beautiful souls.

Welcome to this pleasure body activation.

You can take these next few minutes to reclaim and turn on your pleasure body,

To reclaim your sensuality,

To deeply connect with yourself.

Start feeling your body gently begin to sway to this rhythm.

Just let yourself move.

No judgment.

No one is watching.

Just follow your body.

How does it want to roll?

How does it want to ripple?

Just listen to the music.

Let go and release your mind for these next few minutes and let your pleasure body come awake.

Let it snake up from your hips.

Just sway them back and forth.

Move it up into your belly.

Just soften.

Let your chest relax open.

Roll your neck a little bit and now soften your jaw.

Just let your body become light.

Juiciness.

Feel yourself as vibration.

Rippling out from the inside.

Luring over every inch of your skin.

Vibrating from your feet all the way up to your head.

Bring light out from every strand of your hair and you've just become a moving wave.

Are you full of yourself?

You should be.

What parts of yourself have you put into exile?

This is your moment to reclaim them.

Maybe there's something right with you.

Take this moment to get so close to yourself that you don't have to do anything.

You don't have to be anyone to feel whole.

Come on,

You can just bask in your beingness and this pleasure that you are.

It's a surrender to bliss.

You are divine presence.

Turn on your multidimensionality your fullness,

Your vitality.

You are radiance in motion.

Take a look.

Look at how much you've expanded.

Your pleasure body ripples through you and out from you.

Let yourself move like gentle waves rolling in the ocean.

I feel good inside my body.

I am flowing and soft on the inside.

My body is on.
