Hey,

It's Kristen.

What if every step you take is perfectly guided?

Let's explore a quick path to release tension.

And if you like this practice,

You're going to love my course.

It's called Everyday Sensuality.

So I like to start this meditation out by inviting you to actually take a seat.

Find yourself a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

And when you're breathing,

Just breathe deep into your belly.

I really want to,

Through these lessons,

Continue to trust you into finding your own pattern of breath and your own way to the center of your head.

And I do this because I want you to build the confidence and the trust that you know what's right for you in each moment.

And just bring your awareness now to your back,

To your spine.

And before we move to your feet,

I want to introduce you to the frequency in your spine.

So if you curve it and collapse it a little bit,

That's going to lower your frequency.

And if you arch it too tight,

It's also going to create tension.

So with a soft but strong spine,

Go ahead and find the position that holds the highest vibration for you right now.

And with your spine strong and erect but not tight,

Running this higher vibration through your body,

Gently shift your awareness downward.

Just move from your mind to your throat,

To your chest.

To your belly,

To your hips,

And all the way down your legs,

Through your knees,

Down your ankles,

To your feet.

And now make whatever adjustment is necessary to feel your feet on the floor.

But I want you to notice the moment that they make contact with the ground.

And when they touch the ground,

I want you to imagine that they're going to grow roots deep into the earth.

Allow yourself to fully immerse yourself in this experience of being present,

To being rooted in the here and now.

And gently go ahead and blink your eyes open,

Being present to your breath,

Staying with me in a calm transition,

In whatever way is most comfortable and most safe.

Gently bring yourself up to standing.

And feel the weight in your feet shift as you rise.

And gently,

In whatever space you have,

Small or big,

With your eyes open and your awareness on your balance and these amazing feet underneath you,

Go ahead and take some steps.

Walk around the room.

And again,

With a playful mindset,

Just feel gratitude for your feet.

Feel playful and joyful.

Do you want to hop a little bit more?

What would it feel like to walk lightly?

Have you ever read in a book or a poem or in a movie somebody talking about somebody else?

They walked so lightly.

What's it like to walk lightly like a feather?

And now,

With your awareness still at your feet and your playfulness still fully on,

Go ahead and walk more strongly.

What's it feel like to be completely sovereign over your body?

Can you make your feet feel just a little heavier,

The anchors to the ground?

And go ahead and bring a smile to your face.

And join your feet to that smile.

Join every other part of your body to that smile.

And in some way,

Make it possible that your feet can smile,

Your knees can smile,

Your hips,

Your hands,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your face,

Your mind,

Your hair.

And just take this sense of playfulness and connection throughout your day.

And just know every step you take is perfectly guided.
