Good morning and welcome to this practice.
Before the day begins pulling your attention outward,
Before responsibilities,
Conversations,
And decisions begin filling your mind.
Find a moment to bring your focus and awareness back to yourself.
The way we begin the day matters more than most people realise.
We are used to start the day already reacting.
Waking up and immediately entering movement,
Pressure,
Information,
Noise,
Messages,
And expectations.
And without realizing it,
We begin the day disconnected from ourselves with no intention.
Allowing life to start scattering our energy in every direction.
We need to understand that the morning is not simply the beginning of a new day.
It is the moment where your nervous system becomes receptive.
It is the moment where your mind,
Body and energy as well begin settling the tone for everything that follows throughout the day.
And this is why this practice matters.
It is more than a routine to complete.
And it is not even a task.
It is a way of intentionally choosing the state from which you will enter the day.
Grounded instead of reactive.
Connected instead of fragmented.
Present instead of unconsciously pulled by external pressure.
This practice is designed to help you reconnect with yourself before the world asks you to become everything for everyone else.
So,
Before moving forward into the day,
Take this special moment for yourself.
And sit in a comfortable position with your back supported.
And whenever you are ready,
Close your eyes.
Allow your body to settle.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
Allow the muscles around your eyes to soften.
And simply connect with your body fully and completely in this moment.
We will begin with a short breathing exercise together.
This breathwork exercise is designed to help slow down the nervous system.
Regulate the body.
And bring your awareness fully into the present moment.
As you inhale for four seconds following my count,
You will bring your awareness inward.
As you hold the breath for 4 seconds,
You will allow your body to become still.
And as you exhale for four seconds,
You will release anything that does no longer serve you.
Let's start!
Take a deep inhale through the nose for 1,

Hold your breath.
For one minute.
Two.
Three.
Four.
And exhale slowly through the mouth for 1,

And 4.
Again.
Inhale for 1,

Hold your breath for 1,

Confidence Expansion Joy Love Alignment Abundance Find the word that resonates with you the most.
And allow that word to settle in your heart.
And as you let that word to settle in your heart,
We start a grounding exercise.
By bringing the awareness to the soles of the feet.
Visualize strong roots beginning to grow beneath them.
Feel them moving down through the floor beneath you.
Through the building,
Through the soil.
Through the layers of rock and sand.
And deeper and deeper.
Until they reach the core of the planet and anchor in it.
Now ask planet Earth to hold and to protect your roots.
And allow yourself to feel the strength of this connection.
Feel the stability beneath you.
You are supported.
You are grounded.
You are safe.
Take a moment to enjoy.
This feeling.
And as you continue to enjoy this feeling,
Your roots begin spreading wider across the earth.
Creating a vast,
Interconnected network.
And you feel the connection to planet Earth growing stronger.
Feeling more grounded and present in your body.
Allow yourself to absorb the nurturing and stabilizing energy of planet Earth.
And now,
Begin drawing.
This grounding energy upwards through your roots.
And you feel it rising into your feet.
Your legs.
Your hips.
Your abdomen.
Through your shoulders.
Moving through your entire body.
Feel this energy revitalizing you.
Strengthening you.
Awakening your system for the day ahead.
Enhance this energy.
Reaches the top of your head.
Visualize a beautiful lotus flower opening.
Slowly from the top of your head.
And from this beautiful lotus flower Beautiful branches begin extending upward.
Now.
Bring your awareness.
Above you.
Like if you are looking at the sky.
And you notice a radiant golden white light shining above you.
That light is the light of your Higher Self.
And as your branches grow upwards,
They merge with the light of your higher self.
And now you may ask protection.
From the Universe,
God.
Or your spirit guides from the light to hold and to protect your branches.
And now.
Feel the connection to your higher self.
Feel the deepest unconditional love.
A profound sense of compassion and peace.
And enjoy these beautiful sensations.
Allow now this light and these beautiful energies to begin flowing downward through the branches.
Into the top of your head.
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your entire body.
Feel it touching every cell.
Every layer of your energy.
Every part of your being.
Allow yourself to receive.
Peace.
And conditional love.
