Welcome to this manifestation practice designed to help you align with the reality you are ready to create.
The reality we experience is shaped through alignment between the mind,
The emotional body,
And our actions.
Often we hold desires within our thoughts and within our hearts,
Yet our nervous system,
Our subconscious patterns,
Our behaviors,
May still be operating from fear.
Limitation.
Or familiarity with an old reality.
When different parts of the self move in different directions.
Manifestation becomes fragmented.
This practice is designed to create greater coherence within you.
Allowing your thoughts,
Emotions,
And actions to begin moving in the same direction.
Before we begin.
Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for the next 20 minutes.
Sit comfortably with your spine straight and supported and your palms gently facing upward on your legs.
Allow yourself to fully arrive.
Into this moment.
And take a deep breath in.
While you gently close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing.
The air flowing in through your nostrils.
And slowly flowing out again.
Without forcing anything.
Without needing to change anything.
Simply observing.
And as you continue breathing.
You begin entering.
The quiet space within yourself.
With every breath,
Waves of relaxation begin moving gently through your body.
Releasing tension releasing pressure Releasing the weight you have maybe been unconsciously carrying.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
And as you breathe,
Feel waves of relaxation moving across the scalp.
Before head.
The muscles around the eyes,
The jaw,
The mouth,
The chin.
Softening the entire face.
The waves continue moving through the throat,
The neck,
The shoulders.
Releasing stored tension.
And emotional happiness.
Allow them to move now through the chest and the back,
Through the spine,
The stomach.
The hips,
The lower back.
Dissolving survival tension,
Pressure,
And emotions connected to fear or lack of support.
And with every breath,
You feel lighter,
Softer.
More open.
The relaxation continues moving through the arms,
The hands,
The fingers.
Down through the thighs,
The knees,
The calves,
The ankles,
Until reaching the soles of your feet.
And your entire body,
From the top of your head to the soles of your feet,
Is fully relaxed.
And you start entering a deeper state of calm.
Safety and receptivity.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your intention for today's practice.
This moment is about connecting with and start co-creating the reality you are ready to embody.
Ask yourself.
How do I truly desire to feel in my life?
This is not about what you want to have.
And not what you want to achieve.
But how you deeply desire to feel.
Safe,
Loved,
Free.
Healthy.
Abundant.
Peaceful.
Choose the word that genuinely represents the emotional reality you wish to live in.
And once you have your word,
Begin repeating it silently within yourself.
Slowly.
Gently.
Allowing it to move through your body.
Allowing it to sink.
In your physical body.
Your emotional body.
Your mind.
And your word starts sinking deeper in your subconscious.
Keep repeating it silently.
Within yourself.
And if discomfort,
Resistance,
Or emotional tension appears while silently repeating your word,
Simply observe it without judgment.
Your nervous system may be responding to something unfamiliar.
Many times we desire a new reality consciously,
While deeper parts of the system still identify with the Old One and may create resistance.
Notice where this resistance appears within your body.
And now imagine or visualize a beautiful golden light flowing into that area.
A warm intelligent light moving gently through the tension.
Softening fear,
Dissolving blocks and resistance,
Creating safety within your system.
There is nothing to fight.
Nothing to force.
Simply allowing your body.
To gradually open to a new internal experience.
And once again,
Repeat your words silently within yourself.
Allowing it to sink deeper and deeper.
And now,
Imagine or visualise yourself in a beautiful,
Peaceful room.
A space that feels warm,
Safe and deeply comforting.
There is a large comfortable sofa,
A fireplace,
A bookshelf.
Soft natural light entering through a large window.
Plants bringing life into the space.
Take a moment to fully connect with this beautiful,
Peaceful room.
Through all your senses.
Notice the atmosphere.
Feel the temperature.
Notice the textures.
The callers.
The feeling of being here.
The smell of the room.
Next to the sofa.
There is a small table and on it.
There is a journal and a pen.
You notice your name written on the journal and beneath it,
The world you chose earlier.
Sit on the sofa.
Take the journal into your hands and open it.
The pages are blank.
And now,
Begin writing.
Write about your life as if the reality your heart desires has already become your lived experience.
Describe what your day feels like.
How you move through life.
Your relationships.
Your health.
Your energy.
Your finances.
Write freely.
Allow images,
Sensations,
Emotions,
And clarity to emerge naturally from within you.
And I will leave you some time now.
To journal.
About the reality your heart desires.
Pause.
Breathe.
And fully connect with the experience of this reality as you write it down on your journal.
Now you hear a gentle knock at the door.
You walk toward it.
And as you open the door.
You find yourself standing there.
A future version of you.
The version that has already embodied the reality you desire.
Notice their energy.
Their posture.
Their eyes.
The way they carry themselves.
Invite them into the room.
Sit together on the sofa.
And allow yourself to fully feel their presence.
This version of you is not separate from you.
It is a future expression of potential that already exists within yourself.
Now ask the following questions to your future self.
And pay attention to the answers.
What actions do I need?
To take consistently to create this reality.
And take your time receiving the answer from your future self.
You What do I need to stop tolerating?
Is there anything I need to do to move beyond fear and limitation?
Now,
As you receive the answers to your questions,
Gently take both hands of your future self and thank them.
And as you hold their hands.
You begin absorbing their strength.
The clarity.
Their emotional stability.
Their courage.
Their self-trust.
Their capacity to take aligned action.
And as this integration deepens,
Your future self slowly dissolves into you.
Because this reality is no longer separate from your identity.
It is becoming part of who you are.
And before returning fully to the present moment,
Repeat silently within yourself.
The Universal Intelligence that placed this desire within me.
Is also guiding me toward its realization.
What I consistently feel.
Embody.
And align with internally.
Begins transforming my external reality.
There is alignment within me.
There is coherence within me.
There is movement within me.
As we start coming back to the here and now,
Take a deep breath in.
Feel the strength within your body.
The clarity within your mind.
The openness within your heart.
You have created this reality internally.
And now your role is to continue aligning your actions with what you have seen,
Felt and understood today from your future self.
Begin bringing back your awareness to your physical body.
Back to your breath.
Back to the space around you.
Slowly move your fingers,
Your toes,
Your shoulders,
Your neck.
Bring your awareness fully and completely back to your physical body.
Fully stretch your body if you feel like.
And then,
Take one final deep breath in.
Nicely filling your lungs with air and breathing out.
And whenever you are ready.
Gently open your eyes.
