Please find comfort in your seated position.
Let's begin by connecting with our breath cycles.
Taking deep inhalations throughout your nose,
Lengthening your back,
Rise your chest.
As you exhale,
Promote the sounds like the waves in the oceans.
Inhale feel the freshness of the air passing through your nostrils.
Inhale feel the air a bit warmer.
And this gentle flow calms your emotions.
As you connect with the temperature of your breath,
Inhale feel freshness passing through your throat,
Arriving your lungs.
Transform the temperature of the air,
Exhale warmer.
And just observe the elevations of your chest,
Of your belly.
Let's take this moment to connect with your body movements promoted by your breath cycles.
Inhale Exhale Inhale bring your shoulders slightly back,
Exhale relax your shoulders.
Relax your face muscles.
Relax your eyes.
Relax your chin.
And bring a gentle smile on your lips.
Enjoy this flow.
I invite you to place the tip of your tongue up in the roof of your mouth,
Allowing you to inhale and exhale only through your nose.
Relax,
Let it go.
Surrender to this present moment.
There is nothing you need to do.

I invite you to bring your awareness to your third eye.
Just in the middle of your eyebrows become aware of the luminosity in your inner sight.
Just allow it to happen naturally without forcing it.
Feel the sensations and vibrations promoted in this area of your body.
Let's awake your third eye.
Allow you to experience with a non-judgment attitude drop your resistance.
And just let all the colors unfold in your inner vision,
In your inner sight.
Exhale A thought may arise and just be kind and gentle with the stream of your thoughts.
Don't let them take you in a ride,
Just come back to your breath and send love and kindness to a thought that may persist in your experience.
Inhale the freshness of the air and let go exhale out any tension,
Any worries.
Keep your awareness in your third eye,
Just allowing the experience to unfold.
Maybe a dot of light start to form and appear.
Exhale into your third eye,
Direct the air into the front part of your brain.
Let this air light up a beautiful ray of light,
Illuminating your mind,
Illuminating your thoughts.
Let this ray of light take all the dimensions of your mind.
Let this light clear up all your thoughts.
This light is promoting positive vibrations,
Restoring your brain cells.
Visualize your brain cells receiving light.
Visualize the light promoting brain cells connections,
Promoting an alkaline environment on your mind where the light sparkles all over the place,
Taking every corner of your mind.
Still think,
Relaxing,
Recalibrating with love and tender energy.
As you focus on your third eye you go deeper in your meditation.
You're now able to see the luminosity of your third eye,
The colors,
The sensations.
Inhale light,
Exhale everything that no longer serves you.
Just deny your pure love,
Nourishing your mind,
Your thoughts.
Inhale life force into your experience,
Balancing,
Harmonizing your emotions.
As you visualize this light passing now through your throat,
Cleaning up your vocal cords,
Allowing you only to speak your truth.
The truth from your heart,
Your heart chakra,
Anahata.
Inhale more light into your experience,
The latest light arrive in your heart,
Illuminating your chest with a beautiful green color,
Healing,
Harmonizing your emotions.
A light full of compassion,
Invigorating your being.
As you inhale let this light involve your heart and let your heart pump all this light into your cardiovascular system.
Let this light arrive in your cells.
Visualize yourself receiving this bright light.
Visualize yourself happy,
Vigorous.
Revitalize your entire body by expanding your light to every fiber,
To every cell particle of your existence.
Inhale light,
Exhale love.
For the next moment I invite you to simply be present,
Enjoying your existence,
Vibrating high frequencies of love.
As we are here in your heart chakra,
I invite you to chant with me the heart chakra,
Anahata mantra.
